"Drinks very well priced. Food priced fairly and all home cooked and very tasty. Portions generous. Restaurant was very hot, asked for a/c to be put on which went off within a few seconds, had to ask again but was put on lowest setting, so still very hot, so unfortunately we had to leave. If not so hot a/c was better we would have stayed for more drinks. Price per person: £10–20"

Just called in for a drink,probably the worst pint me and the wife have had in Withernsea,both left our drinks

We had a delightful meal that was definitely worth the price. The cost per person was between £10 and £20. I would rate the food a 4 out of 5, the service a solid 4, and the atmosphere a 3.

The saying may not mention that there is a book when it comes to covering springs, but I was intrigued when I saw it from outside. After reading the reviews, we decided to give it a try ourselves. We were impressed by the excellent service and the high quality of the home-cooked food. We would definitely visit again if we were nearby. I took some photos, too!
