Yesterday's Sunday roast wasn't the best I've ever had - the portions were small and it was a bit pricey. The pudding was also disappointing; the crumble pie was missing most of its crumble topping."

Unfortunately the food was over cooked and over priced on this occasion, first bad meal I’ve ever had here…..staff discounted £10 off the bill.

A shame as totally forgot our puddings and waited a very long time had to wait to get waitresses attention and when it did arrive forgot our ice cream.

Children’s burger meal was dry and the actual burger was hard. Both main Lamb meals had a hot pot of mash potatoes which was very hot but the veg and lamb where hardly warm.

really delicious Sunday roast for my daughter and me. I had the black bell and my daughter had the nutbread. we both have good appetit and could not finish. highly recommended.

I reserved a table for 3 people for a family birthday dinner. The service was quick and very friendly. The food was delicious. It was a fantastic evening and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The food was delicious, though the service was a little slow. It's still a great place to dine. The open fire adds a nice touch to the ambiance. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making it a good choice for families as well.
