"Myself and my family have been to the pizza cafè on various occasions over the past 5 to 10 years. I remember going with my parents from a young age on a Saturday or Sunday as a treat and in my adulthood visiting a few times. Each time I’ve gone sadly the character and standards of the place have continued to decline. The food is average although the prices are still rising, and the service can be quite poor. The pizzas used to be a lot tastier (and bigger), it all seemed fresher, served with a smile and fairly quickly… however on my last visit after being seated me and my partner waited a good 15minutes to be asked which drinks we’d like to order in which case we had already decided what we wanted to eat and quickly ordered not knowing how much longer we’d have to wait for someone to come and take our order again. Then nearly 45mins to an hour later our food arrived! We almost walked out at one point. It wasn’t particularly busy this night either. We had slow service, the food was not worth the price, and we also seemed to be waiting a lot because of a seemingly new staff member not knowing what to do and keeping asking for advice or simply handing it over to someone else which unfortunately I think is what happened to us. I appreciate people have to learn but there should have been a better system in place for someone to help out rather than cause a disruption on a Friday night which could have been a lot busier and caused more delay. I would probably go here again but my expectations are tainted unfortunately."

Love this place all the charm of a little local cafe but with a monster menu: so much choice!! All the food been amazing on every visit, staff are lovely and the atmosphere is chill. Great place and highly recommend it!

Would have given 5/5 if it was the Garlic bread hadn’t changed. Been coming here for over 18 years and was very dissatisfied that the garlic bread had changed to a cheaper version and it wasn’t nice. disappointed it has changed. Noticed the quality wasn’t on par as previous visits. Other than this staff as pleasant as always

Recommend by a friend, we walked in and were served instantly with a smile. Has a table for 5, Food was brilliant, a large coke was a large coke.(Unusually). Pizza was great, light fluffy dough, will definitely be leaving spoons and coming here again. We couldn’t finish our pizzas and they gave us brilliant little boxes to take home. All in all very happy.
