delicious seafood ... we had crab scallop and aubergine dishes, all intensely flavoured, a lovely experience.

We went for a Birthday meal and had a fantastic time. Food and service were first class, with balloons and a card to top it off!

A nice upmarket bistro with excellent service and a good menu selection. The haggis fritters were really nice as was the sticky toffee pudding, the hake main course portion was quite small though for the price. Would go again when back in North Berwick.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant where one of the owners actually served us. The food came out quickly and was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture. We enjoyed a variety of drinks, a tasty soup, and two orders of haddock and chips. Everything was hot and absolutely delicious. It was a lovely meal overall. Ver carta

Booked in advance for dinner whilst here on hols. Table wasn't ready when we arrived. Food took a while. Mainly a fish restaurant and the fish dish was delicious the other dishes were very average, one had burnt potato and very salty taste, they were out of our first choice of dessert. Expensive for what it was. I also found it cold inside. Perfect that it is dog friendly! Oh and the cocktails were AMAZING!

Exquisite atmosphere and food, Great balance on the menu, we went with the “frickles as a snack with a lovely balance of mayonnaise split with dill oil, The Arancini with nduja sauce was packing full of flavour very well presented and without doubt the best Fish and chips consistent crispy batter and chips with house made tartar sauce and fresh crushed peas, Dessert was star of the show with a lovely Strawberry pannacota with tones of cucumber and an crunchy tuile to make the balance, served with great service and lovely staff, definitely will be back x

We googled the best Sunday roast in North Berwick and we found it at The Puffin! The roast beef with all the trimmings was delicious The beef was tender , the vegetables cooked to perfection and the gravy had the right amount of seasoning very often , from experience, chefs over season with salt and ruin it) The atmosphere was nice with other diners bringing their very well behaved pooches to sit quietly under the tables. I saw a staff member bring a dog a bowl of water , very sweet. It’s a family run affair, with super friendly staff . Recommend highly . Ver carta
