First time to visit today and will defo return.. food was amazing, staff were so friendly and couldnt do enough for us.. lovely location and garden is huge..plenty of space for little and big kids..

Fantastic place, lovely atmosphere and the food was absolutely amazing!!! The staff were wonderful, waiting times were perfect. Also has a lovely and huge outdoor area for the summer too so we will definitely be back again and again!! Highly recommended!

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our experience was top-notch from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great selection of traditional pub food. I can't wait to return to this hidden gem in the countryside.

Found this great little spot on Facebook, as a solo female, I was made to feel so welcome family run pub with great food, they allowed me to stay in the carpark in my camper for the price of a meal, food was incredible and the atmosphere was wonderful! Would definitely recommend this place and will be back again!

Didn't eat as couldn't wait another 40 minutes to order. Great pub on a great spot but the service, although not unfriendly, is awful. If you like going somewhere to wait in a queue then this is your spot. This wasn't a one off, I swore I wouldn't go back after waiting for the same time last time. I want to have some drinks with friends when I come out, not sit for 30 minutes in a queue. As said this has been frequent. Won't be going back.

Had a wonderful Sunday roast with the grandchildren, the portions were plentiful for both adults and children. We enjoyed the garden after our meal and the children could have spent hours on the park and playing field’s. Some DJ”s arrived shortly before we left and the atmosphere was building towards what looked like would be great night..it was a shame that we had to leave but our grandchildren we’re due their afternoon nap. Will definitely return!

Rarely do I leave a review when I dine out but have on this occasion as I feel it needs to be at least reviewed by someone going for the first time and what to expect. We have no issues with paying for good service, good food with a lovely atmosphere. Sadly this day lacked all of the above. Over priced, small portions nothing special food wise. uninterested staff lacking any enthusiasm including the Management who sat on her phone most of the time but when we questioned why service took so long we were told they were busy? 6 cars in the car park and 1 hour 20 minutes for 4 meals to arrive. I'd hate to be there when there's a rush on then. Don't tell us you're not a restaurant but a pub ...bu...
