"This was the first time at the Ryder Grill, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, they also asked us if we've been there before and was very informative of what was available and what to do. We had a new girl serve us, Carla and considering she had just started her training must have been very good and she obviously took it on board. We plan to visit all the options to eat and bring friends and family moving forward. The food in our opinion was the best meal we've had and was overjoyed considering the fact i was celebrating my birthday and valentines. Thanks everyone at the Belfry"

This was one of the best meals I have ever had. The atmosphere and venue were wonderful, and I will definitely be returning to eat there again.

I had steak which was overpriced and average. Service was excellent. I wanted new potatoes instead of chips but I was told I would have to pay extra so not impressed.

We had a lovely family celebration dinner, the only slight disappointment of the evening was the dessert menu. We all wished we’d enjoyed more of the fabulous buffet than leave room for dessert.

I took my friend out for his birthday and he had a really good time. The food was delicious and he appreciated the little details you added, like the bubbly in his glass and the candle in his dessert.

despite booking over a month in advance they had no table ready for us. we had to sit in the buffet area, surrounded by solid, while 5 different waiters came to us and asked if we had the buffet. it should be a good meal for a birthday of friends. extremely disappointing

Delighted with the table, which was tucked away the waiting staff were attentive, kind added to the little touches requested to celebrate a 50th birthday. We had the buffet which was delicious great value. The bar was crowded, had a band that was far too loud for the space meant we couldn't here each other speak worse part of the evening. Overall a great experience will definitely come back.

Very dark. Didn’t like sitting so close to people brushing past every time they went to get their food as we were a la carte. Should have separate tables for a la carte. Waitress wasn’t listening as bought gin with ice after requesting just gin. My husband ordered a Baileys chocolate drink and it came without the marshmallows. My monk fish was dried up on outside as if microwaved. It was for a special anniversary of 7 years and no special offering disappointing and not cheap.
