The Ship At Elswick The Fylde Coast's Premier Country Dining Pub

We had a lovely family meal here. Food was excellent and the service superb. Everyone was really friendly and we really enjoyed the meal and time in the pub.

We had a fantastic evening at the restaurant with delicious food and exceptional service. The team was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped me avoid ordering a vegan burger by mistake. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

The meals were well presented, but we encountered a problem with one dish. However, the issue was promptly and professionally resolved by the young assistant. Despite this small setback, we would still consider dining at this restaurant again. Ver carta

Staff were very friendly and on top of everything, food came on time and was delicious I had a prawn cocktail which was amazing and my friend had chicken tikka she thought it was very good too. The service is amazing I recommend this place very much.

Came here for a few drinks and food after work, the service was amazing, all the staff were so lovely and welcoming, our food and drinks order were taken very quickly, and arrived very quick to, would definitely recommend coming here and will definitely be back.

Me and my friends had a fantastic experience at the ship. We were served be Jordan who was very good at looking after us, the food arrived on time didn’t take to long or to quick it all tasted delicious as well. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the ship for any event.

More than half of the menu was unavailable, including the Sunday dinner we actually booked for. The icing on the cake however was the burger we tried to order that was offered to us with no bun as they didn't have any of those either. The food that was eventually presented to us left a lot to be desired and was poor even on the best day. We will nor be wasting money here again. Please do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to eat. Very disappointing

We have just left the Ship after yet another disappointing visit!! The service is absolutely fine, very friendly, but unfortunately the food we received was anything but! Starters were ok but what can go wrong with garlic bread, and tomato soup. If you like butter with your bread when having soup, bring your own because you don’t get any! I had the tikka masala which was obviously a cheap supermarket curry at the very best and the naan bread was freezing cold! My wife had scampi which was definitely just frozen scampi and the meal portion size was appalling! We only live around the corner from the Ship and often wonder why we don’t make life easier for ourselves and walk round for our tea mo... Ver carta
