The lounge area now seems to be a cross between lounge and bar , it's lost that village cosy open fire appeal Nothing really matches, It clearly needs an injection of funding to make the lounge area more attractive for new clientele. Outside looks the same perfect for sunny days ."

Four people ate from the classics menu....2 courses....including drinks from the bar, a bottle of wine and all having a sauce with the steak....£99....terrific value, excellent service and the food was lovely. Will be definitely be going back! Ver carta

Booked as a venue for a wake. Emma and team did an amazing job. Couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating with special diets there was plenty of food and it was all really tasty. So welcoming and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this pub.

I went this week with a group of friends there, my first time and I was pleasantly surprised, I didn't know that meals were served there. eating was really great, I had a steak and it was perfectly cooked. I loved the veggie anti-loss star. the personal was professional, friendly and very helpful and the room warm and welcoming. I'll be back!
