I have been lucky in life to eat at some very high end restaurants, The Station Kitchen certainly comes in my top 3 eateries. Made even more special by meeting Ross and his son Hugo. Great atmosphere and service. Also picked up a few great recipes to try at home. Would also recommend the 3rd Rock Sauvigon blank, I'm adding that to my cellar."

Absolutely excellent, traveled over an hour to revisit this restaurant and it threw us away again. Incredible food, great atmosphere perfectly located. Can come back high enough!

What a unique experience! The decor is full maximalist! The service was friendly and helpful. The food was the main pull cooked to perfection and tasted divine! A great spot for a special birthday.

Had a fabulous evening celebrating my husbands 65th birthday at the Station Kitchen. Quirky decor, good selection of gins, fantastic food and very attentive staff in particularly Iris who was absolute charming. Would highly recommend .

Booked here for birthday dinner and it didn't disappoint. The theme and decor are beautiful, perfect details and impressive service. Fantastic for veganism with great alternatives. Fabulous cocktail menu. Will definitely come back when we visit Dorset again.

An unforgettable fine dining experience. I wasn’t sure about taking my teenage boys, but the whole experience absolutely won them over, my youngest even tried and enjoyed ducks heart ravioli. The food here is as sensational as the location. Absolutely nothing but praise for this restaurant.

What an absolute jewel of a place that is! I have envied in recent years that many friends visit the station kitchen and finally managed to get rid of the children for one night and take the woman for a birthday contract. We loved it, really relaxed feeling and first-class food... wouldn't have been better! We're coming back!

Wonderful meal at The Station Kitchen last Friday. We were met with a big friendly smile. The menu is fab I went for the mushroom burger which was absolutely amazing with all the 'off the rails ' accompaniments. The hand cut chips are fabulous. It was interesting to learn from our waitress the history of the beautiful carriage in which we dined. The decor is delightful both in the carriage and Station house. I look forward to returning soon.
