for two reasons this pub was a spontaneous choice: the secret court and fish and chips. both were good choices! even the service was a little slow, eating was great, and the beer excellent! not crowded, was a peaceful and relaxing place recommended for dinner!

Such a cute place. I went to celebrate my friends birthday. I came late to my booking and the chap still found us a space. I would totally come again. The food was yummy. The staff behind the bar were average service. But in hospitality shifts are so long, so you can't smile all the time.

this is a very popular pub in notting hill. it looks beautiful from the outside, but it was extremely difficult to get one of the few outside. we only thought of a drink, but it was a very nice atmosphere and eating that the others also looked very good. can definitely recommend to stop there during the exploration of the beautiful neighborship.

I went here when I was absolutely starving, the barman was extremely welcoming and I ordered a really nice Guinness. But the food was out of this world, I ordered the Ale and Steak pie with mash, the shortcrust pastry was probably one of the finest I've tasted for a pie, you could really taste the buttery smoothness of it, lovely mash and gravy as well, I will definitely come here again!
