"As we didnt stay here i cant comment on the rooms. We did however have a lovely sunday dinner. Whilst the sunday roast was very tempting for me, our group contained a few vegetarians and vegans so the team allowed us to choose from the normal menu! I know all enjoyed their food, I had the brisket for the first time and loved it! the meat was soft and succulent and very tender, teamed up with veg and gravy! we will return as this is now a firm favorite when coming to iron bridge or driving through!"

Great bar, well kept nice beer. Went for dinner one night of a two night stay in the area, food was delicious and great value for money. Will be back if we're in the area again.

Great food. Really enjoyed the food. Tasty, well presented. Just that they seemed understaffed therefore many beer glasses littered the tables and many tables uncleared. But the food was tremendous !

I popped by for lunch. I chose the sausage and mash from the specials menu. The sausages were delicious, though 2 would have been suffice, 3 was too many for me. The mash was creamy and with the thick gravy; very tasty.

New staff so understand there mistakes but got drink order wrong. No proper coke. Larger brought instead of stout. Food order correct and tasty. Very expensive drinks for children. Very dog friendly a bonus and a great location.

Small portions, overpriced and very poor service. It took nearly an hour for food to arrive which was cold, dessert orders never came and then no action was taken when we complained. Only redeeming thing was the decent selection of beers on tap.

Stayed here for a few nights. A lot of steps to our room which was difficult for me due to mobility. Lovely room only problem no shelves in bathroom and no shower found it difficult getting out of bath as no hand rails. Very friendly and helpful staff lovely bar and some lovely beer and food here. Parking and good value for money.

My partner and I had the best roast dinner we've ever had last Sunday. We both went for the roast pork with crackling and it was outstanding. I wish we ordered more pigs in blankets as they were amazing! The service was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be visiting Ironbridge more regularly on a Sunday just for a roast at The Swan Taphouse.

Nicely presented place, great for drinks! The food overall was very good but dessert and service were a let down on the day we visited, I would simply put this down to young inexperienced staff on the day. To be specific, nobody asked how the food was, there was inflexibility of swapping one vegetable for another. Not a reason not to visit, but rather some constructive feedback for the management team.

Stayed here last night for one night. Got to the room and thought it was quirky with uneven floor and squeaky floor boards, shower over the bath, no tea bags in room, noisy, so wasn 't overly impressed. Then I had food in the restaurant...UNBELIEVABLE. I would of left a 3 star review, but food last night and then the breakfast this morning have pushed it up to a 5. Well worth the stay just for the incredible food, very happy. Bravo to the kitchen and front of house staff
