Super food, super venue. Lovely hot fresh food. I had fish and chips, my teenage girls enjoyed their burgers and my husband had a lovely pie. Couldn’t fault it.

Excellent Sunday roast in a family friendly village pub. We thoroughly enjoyed the dessert too! There is a reason you need to book in advance as both sittings appeared full.

Had a long old slog on Dartmoor today on a loop from Belstone. After hitting a few Tors it only seemed fair to 'reward ' myself with a few beers in the pub at the end. What a lovely little village pub. Nice locals, great staff, proper beer. Will be returning....possibly not after a 15 mile walk this time! Ver carta

We spent the afternoon in The Tors inn after finding it by chance and had dinner on Saturday, then Sunday lunch either side of camping on Dartmoor. The pub was super busy but the staff were friendly and squeezed us in, the food was excellent and the beers were very good. I definitely plan to visit again when I am in the area.

Visited with friends for Sunday Roast and it was absolutely delicious! Tender, tasty meat (2 x pork 2 x beef) and a variety of fresh veg, including the most scrumptious cauliflower cheese and humongous Yorkshire puddings . The portions are big but we all managed to eat every morsel after a walk on Dartmoor. Sundays are busy, book ahead to avoid disappointment.

Stopped here for some food after a long drive from Mid Wales. The food was amazing and was so tasty. Good portions and was a very reasonable price for what we had. Had lovely christmas decorations up due to it being December, this made a lovely atmosphere and very inviting. Lovely small team of staff and had a big selection of drinks to choose from. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals and wish we lived closer! Ver carta
