"I and my man have booked a table for the afternoon on Saturday of the Easter weekend. the tee was a double firm for my nans 90th birthday and a late mother's look for our moms and my word we're glad we chose here! hayley was so friendly and helpful at my first question and went out of her to fit us and find out if the tee was for a special occasion. the food was absolutely delicious and there was so much choice that is unusual for a afternoon. each of us had a stand with a personal selection of sandwiches, scorpses and cakes that were selected by us from the menu that was perfect as we all have very different tastes. I've never known where to offer this selection! the tee was never in a short supply and we never had to ask for a refill that was such a refreshing experience from other afternoons! the teeroom itself is absolutely beautiful with a beautiful atmosphere that my nan especially loved the vintage memorabilia! the vintage cradles and embroidered serviettes made the whole experience even better! my nan was also very touched by the birthday card she received from hayley and the team, as I did. I cannot recommend the vintage rose enough and will definitely return."

We had a delicious lunch at the Vintage Rose followed by a truly scrumptious vegan/gluten free chocolate cake heaven on a plate. This is a must to visit when in Maldon.

We had a surprise baby shower today, food was absolutely amazing and staff were so friendly and helpful, couldnt recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back! Thank you again xx

today we had an absolutely beautiful afternoon, loved the way we loved our sandwich fillings, scones and the cakes we wanted, so inviting, beautiful teeroom and everything was delicious. the owner even placed banner and gave my mother a birthday card as she knew it was for a birthday contract. thanks to many, the best afternoon I ever had. x

I can't rave enough about this place- I live a way away but it's worth the visit. The scones are beautiful, sandwiches incredibly fresh and the portions generous. Hayley and her crew really make this a special place. I recently visited for afternoon tea for my birthday and Hayley made an extra special effort with the table decorations and even gave me a card. You can feel the love here

this is a small hidden gem right at the maldon high street. hubby and I were here twice now, and at both locations we were very welcome. even if it was busy, the service was still excellent. the scones are made to house, fresh and taste wonderful, and the whole vintage taste adds a unique note. the series of cakes and scenes on the sideboard was mouth watering. recommend this tee room and will definitely return.

this tee room really goes beyond and beyond everything, from customer service to quality (and quantity) of food. we have booked a afternoon for my sister in the birthday of the law and had a wonderful time. they had placed on our table decorations and even gave them a birthday card! the food itself was amazing, and there was so much choice. we had to take us home, because the parts were so generous. if I lived in front of the village, I would go there regularly, but unfortunately it's a little ride. but I hope to go back sometime.
