Brasserie - Carta

I met some friends here for an early birthday celebration. The setting is beautiful, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Although it was a bit quiet, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the afternoon tea was absolutely delicious.

We had a fantastic Christmas meal today with an exceptional host (Mems F+B assistant), Mems looked after us all very well and made it an enjoyable experience. The food was also absolutely stunning! Overall, was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful pre theatre dinner here absolutely perfect location, being immediately opposite the Swan. Wonderful professional and attentive service, fantastic value dining and very nice environment. I couldn't fault it and would re book again and again for pre theatre dining. Ver carta

Once again a lovely trip to No44 Brasserie in The Arden Hotel for a lovely hot latte coffee made extra special by Harry who made my day by taking the time to make me feel very welcome despite being busy accomodating a large party of people. I'm heartened that customer service is still important and that someone's actions can make all the difference to someone having a difficult day.

We have dined at the Arden Hotel twice—once for a pre-theater dinner and once for cream tea. Each experience was quite disappointing. The pre-theater meal was served cold, the portions were tiny, and we faced a long wait just to place our order. The cream tea experience was likely the worst I’ve ever had. The staff seemed confused and the service was poorly managed overall. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. I’m giving it two stars for its great location and beautiful decor.

This restaurant has great potential and, with a bit of improvement, could truly be outstanding. The management of the systems needs to be more efficient, and some staff could benefit from enhancing their English skills. Could this be the reason for receiving the wrong meal? Additionally, more training in customer service and handling various situations would be beneficial for the staff. The food was mostly very good, with some dishes, like the salmon and beetroot starter, being absolutely sublime. Despite these issues, we had an enjoyable visit and would gladly return. Ver carta

I spent a lot of my summer in and around Stratford-Upon-Avon, and when the sun shines, I can't think of a more enjoyable way to spend a day than rowing along its river with a cold drink in hand. On our last visit, however, the sun was hidden behind stormy clouds. To make the most of our day, we delved into the rich history of the area, including a visit to the home of William Shakespeare, which we missed last time but is a popular attraction for tourists. I have much to thank Shakespeare for, as it's not just the crowds of tourists that come to pay tribute in this beautiful part of the world, but also the love for the arts that flourishes here.

We booked a table in the Brasserie for our 6th Wedding anniversary . From start to finish attention to detail was perfect and attention from anyone that served us was 10/10. We chose from the Festive menu and our Meal was absolutely beautiful. Never been able to fault this place and I’ve been coming here since I was a child as Dad worked at the RSC. We had our wedding reception here in 2017. The place has been redecorated since and it looks great . On booking our table online I added in the notes that I have a Sunflower seed allergy . I was told that ahead of our arrival the chef had removed their stock completely out of reach so there could be be no chance of it getting into the food . Amaz...

Ate here as the restaurant seemed high end and attractive. Very pleasant service, shown to a nice table in airy, traditional dining room. The first problem was that the bar is located in the centre of the restaurant and was, when we visited, packed with a very noisy party of drinkers whose loud talk and laughter made conversation difficult. The menu was interesting, sophisticated and priced to match other local eateries. The service was attentive and friendly. Whatever this venue pays their chef, it’s not enough.
