Fantastic meal this evening for a family of 11. Food and service were both excellent! We would highly recommend this lovely pub.

food was well below par not happy cost £33.90 for 2x sunday lunch witch were chef special i would hate to have a dinner that was not on the special list complained nothing done to make me feal better will not return

The communication prior to our family's meal for ten was excellent. We received a warm welcome, enjoyed delicious food, and received top-notch service. The entire evening was thoroughly enjoyable for all of us. Thank you.

I visited this restaurant for lunch on a weekday and decided to sit outside because of the sunny weather. I ordered the chicken and bacon sandwich, which was served with salad and chips. The service was friendly and attentive. Ver carta

On a rare weekend when I was free I turned up on spec to see if I could get a Sunday lunch. I was warmly greeted and shown to a table. The 3 course lunch was excellent (pate, roast pork, crème brûlée) and the service was friendly and efficient. Will definitely be eating there again.

I visited this restaurant for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was welcoming and the interior was cozy. Although there weren't many options for vegans, I tried the roast vegetable sandwich and it was delicious. My friend ordered the chicken sandwich and broccoli and Stilton soup, which were also enjoyed. All the food coming out of the kitchen looked appetizing and despite the place getting busy, the service was quick. I look forward to returning soon.

Today 19 of us had a set menu lunch at the White Horse, prior to the event I had excellent communication with staff . On the day our tables were all set and the bar service, table service was superb thanks to Matt and Tom. Our food came out on time and all together with no delays and was fresh and delicious. Our desert was very pretty and the brownies were great. Some of us were made to feel so welcome we stayed longer and avoided the rain.
