"Have you ever tried to find a GOOD restaurant open on Monday evening in Milan? Well, we are Milanese and when we are desperate trying to eat until late or during Christian holidays we have the perfect solution: Timebreak . This is a Ristorante Pizzeria...owned by a Chinese family that know to make thin pizza as Neapolitans, to grill fish as Genovese, to prepare meat as Tuscans and to be quick and precise as we admire Chinese people all over the world. When you get in you will be greeted with a smile and, before you have read the menu, they will be back at your table bringing a dish with thin slices of pizza with tomato, rocket and olive oil. This time, instead of their fabulous grigliata mista di pesce , we chose only meat: a tartare di filetto di manzo and a gorgeous Voronoff. In particular this second “old fashion” recipe no one knows how to do it anymore. No one except here, it was delicious, juicy, perfectly cooked with a creamy sauce with balanced tastes and spices. The tartare was made by excellent quality meat (and when you order raw meat it is the main thing! I hoped to find some extra garnish as raw chopped onion, mustard, lemon and Worchester sauce but I asked some of them separately and they brought them immediately with a smile. At the end they offered us a limoncello and some buttered small bisquit. Overall, Timebreak it is not so glamour but it is always a good choice."

service and eat excellent and very valuable. we had two pasta dishes and risotto. They gave us a delicious, warm, crunchy garlic pizza. would recommend it a lot. Ver carta

Ristorante che frequento da molti anni. Molto pulito, ingredienti eccellenti. La pizza è ottima, la cucina italiana eccellente. I piatti della cucina Cinese sono i migliori che potete trovare a Milano, senza alcun dubbio.

Cenato in modo splendido. Abbiamo ordinato come antipasto un tagliere di salumi e di secondo due cotolette. Cibo servito bene. Nonostante il locale fosse abbastanza pieno, i camerieri sono stati molto gentili e pazienti con le nostre richieste. Lo consigliamo a tutti. Ver carta

In questo ristorante l' accoglienza è sempre gentile e accurata. La scelta di piatti italiani e cinesi è molto ampia e consente combinazioni interessanti. Il servizio è attento e discreto. La famiglia che gestisce questo locale sa venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente in un clima di gentilezza e cordialità.

Siamo stati oggi a pranzo per la prima volta in questo meraviglioso Ristorante e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi, servizio ineccepibile ed estrema gentilezza dei proprietari, atmosfera molto rilassante, cibo veramente di qualità superiore, tutto molto fresco e gustoso. "Visited months ago The label of a vegetarian restaurant absolutely does not correspond to what Joia represents in the Italian gastronomic panorama. We are talking about the maximum expression of haute cuisine, overwhelming ideas, bold and unexpected combinations, exceptional raw materials, all served in an exclusive environment suitable for providing customers with a fantastic experience. Chef Leemann showed up in person to take the order and give his suggestions on the sequence of dishes. The service staff has always proven to be very prepared to answer all our questions or curiosities about the dish itself and this knowledge was not only the heritage of the waiter who brought the dish to our table and described it to us, but of all the staff who, even randomly, we stopped to ask for further explanation! The wine list was excellent from which we chose a Barbera d 'Alba by Bartolo Mascarello. But let 's get to the food. As entrees... and calling them entrees is definitely limiting! We were offered 2 wonderful tastings which unfortunately I cannot remember in their composition, but the first was a cream with carrot and rhubarb served in a mini terracotta vase, while the second appeared like a palette of colors where some fantastic raw materials sauces could be combined manually. My lunch then began with the Cantiam la montanara where, under a soft celery foam, there was a composition of green asparagus, spring onion and truffle on chopped borlotti beans. Fantastic dish, sublime with exceptional aromas!. I then continued with The navel of the world , a wonderfully plated dish where two types of rice are used, one as a base made with asparagus and watercress, and in the center a Venere rice cake finished on top with saffron almond cream . Finally I closed the lunch with a selection of 8 cheeses, some of which were truly exceptional, accompanied by jams/honey. Obviously the bill is in line with the proposal and with the experience. I must say that it was truly a pleasure and an honor."
