"my friends and I traveled from rom to frascati for this cooking class. we sought many classes and felt that this was the most convenient and had a better value than others we found. simon and his colleagues were very helpful and funny. simon took pictures, videos and even boomerangs for us when he facilitated our session. we will definitely recommend this class; it offers wine tasting and a short tour through the opposite around the restaurant. simon also sent the recipes to all 4 types of pastas made. the tempo of the class was also right for a beginner's pata as I do. suggestion: if they travel with the train from outside of frascati, they check the departing train times. we took the class on a Saturday night at 1830, but the trains were driving at 830 and we didn't know. the taxi back to rom was about 60 €."

I made pasta tonight. great experience and so much fun for every age. in addition, the wein (Esp wine) is delicious! we were a family of 5 and had bought a ball plus the wine and truffle sauce. amazing worth and fun.

I went to the Pasta creative class here. great price, better than what they get in rom, met good people and had fantastic wein. paolo was a great teacher, he made it so easy. he gave us a tour through the city, telling us about the wine of his family. order an extra bottle of white wine! Ver carta

atmosfera accogliente e calda, piatti che devo dire abbastanza delizioso, vorrei cambiare il nome al tartufo carbonara (troppo cacio e pepe e piccolo tartufo) ma questo non toglie che era un buon piatto. abbagliamento ha sprecato il peccato divino per la cicogna retaken (asciutto e insaputa) gentile personale!

Il locale è piccolino, con circa 30 coperti. La carne è ottima, c'è un accuratezza nel dettaglio incredibile. Ogni piatto che viene portato al tavolo è descritto dal cameriere, i vini sono di loro produzione. Buonissimi! Controfiletti ottimi, particolari anche le scelte di accostamento degli ingredienti. Buonissima la bruschetta con lardo, balsamico e nocciole. Il dolce sensazionale! Sbriciolata buonissima.
