Un posto familiare, con piatti curati e dai sapori caratteristici, con materie prime di ottima qualità, ben lavorate tra innovazione e tradizione. La cortesia di Fabrizia (la proprietaria) e del suo staff ti fanno sentire coccolato dall'antipasto al dolce

Pranzo come sempre molto buono. Antipasti piccoli e tanti. Primo piatto coinvolgente. Dolci molto buoni gelato crema memorabile, e attenti tutti tortino cuore caldo e veramente aveva un cuore morbido e caldo a differenza di molti molti 'plumcake ' che si trovano in giro. Io ci torno e ci tornerò sempre.

Restorante Fontana Vecchia was a few blocks from our Frascati Hotel. We were lucky to have Google mapped Restaurants and decided to walk to eat our first dinner in Italy there. The owner waited on us and guided us through the menu selections. Two wonderful pasta selections, Orange Tuna, Steak and Pistachio Ice Cream All were fresh and superbly prepared for a very reasonable price! Ver carta

Tutto ottimo, piatti particolari con ottime materie prime e cucinati alla perfezione, personale gentile e attento. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo mangiato il mix dei 10 antipasti crudi e cotti ,ci siamo divisi un primo gamberi e pistacchi e una frittura moscardini e gamberi, da bere acqua e una bottiglia di vino bianco e per ultimo un gelato buonissimo pistacchio e nocciola. Tutto perfetto !! Fatevi consigliare e coccolare da Fabrizia !!

If you come in once, you'll come back! we booked the day of the quakche before the raw (oysters and scampi) chosen the various goats and then took two first and three seconds. All spectacular! also in the choice of wine we were helped and it was really delicious! then kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff are priceless! As soon as you can come back!

Ottimo ristorante di pesce! Pesce fresco, preparazioni fantastiche (tra tradizione ed innovazione), servizio attento e piacevole! Sono stata due volte ma tornerò sicuramente. Il locale è molto semplice e tradizionale, ma accogliente. Il servizio può essere un po’ lento, ma anche perché lasciano il tempo ai commensali di godersi la serata in tranquillità! Sono certa che se si è di fretta si può far presente e si verrà accontentati con un servizio più spedito. Complimenti davvero! Ver carta

Ristorante dall'ambiente raccolto e familiare. La titolare e lo staff sono molto preparati, cordiali ... Vasta scelta di vini. Qui si mangia prevalentemente pesce e piatti a base di pesce. Per me che sono pugliese aver scoperto questo luogo di ristorazione è stata una rivelazione: sono rimasto soddisfatto da tutte le portate di antipasti e dal primo piatto. Qui si assapora nel piatto la qualità della materia prima e la bravura dello chef nel saper creare piatti simili. È un posto per tutti, coppie , amici , famiglia... ... Altro pregio ? Il parcheggio! A dieci metri sulla destra si trova un parcheggio libero con tanti posti auto. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Very quality restaurant, not that far from the town center. Forget about traditional Roman recipes: here you can find the best fish, cooked with love and passion by Fabrizia (the owner) and her team. It’s a matter of Italian southern culture (Sicily) with a creativity touch. The restaurant is the Fabrizia’s “house”, small, clean (included toilets) and cosy. Parmigiana di mare is the main “attraction” of the restaurant: a kind of “sea edition” of the traditional Italian parmigiana.
