Tinseltown - Carta

I have ordered from this restaurant several times, but the last time I waited a long time for my food. When it finally arrived, the bun was stale, the burger was cold, and the fries were terrible. I won't be returning.

Denis provided exceptional hospitality with excellent customer service, and the entire team was amazing! Mario took my order and Christina served us, both providing excellent service. Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience. Can't wait to go back!

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The food was fantastic and my friends and I had a wonderful time. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly, especially one of the Managers named Denis who made sure everything was perfect! I highly recommend this place! Ver carta

This place is getting worst and worst. Went in January 2020, I and my family decided we would never go again as the food tasted horrible.. today 17 August we thought we would give it a try again only to realise not only food is horrible but the service is now bad too, limited menu and shake gone smaller too...

Great experience! I being with my family few times and every time we had a great experience especially if Dennis is there! He is very kind and look after every customer! The food is very good and tasty I can say much better than used to be, I think because of the new chef, she is great! Definitely raccomanded. My girls love this place! Always ask for Dennis!

So I haven’t been here for 6 years but when we did go in it was empty and the interior is still the same and looks so dated. They need to re do their menu and interior. The cookie dough was absolutely terrible, I couldn’t believe they served me that. The staff were nice but as of now I do not recommend eating there until those changes have been made or you’ll be disappointed! Ver carta

Only good thing was the friendly staff. Apart from that, food was absolutely terrible, the beef burger and french fries were 100% taken from the frozen section of a supermarket, whereas the chicken burger (both the chicken and the patty) were COLD. Disappointing by also considering that we waited for almost 45 minutes for this (by the way it was us and 5 other customers max), whereas the price we paid was absolutely not appropriate for this food. Hope they fix these issues soon

Arrived to the restaurant it was really quiet so was seated quickly. Waiter was not very friendly just told us to go to the desk order when ready. When ordered the food took ages to arrive around 45minutes to arrive the restaurant was fairly quiet. Food was ok nothing great reminded me of frozen food also not hot enough. Ordered waffles after that took around an hour to arrive definitely not worth the wait was bland dry not enough toppings was really not worth the wait or the cost. Definitely needs improvement with customer service, wait times quality of food

Decided to take the family out for a meal, we used to go tinsel Town a few years back and I have to say this is not the same place that we used to be very fond of. The burger was bland, my kids got the kids burger and it was just a patty, bread and cheese. No sauce or even lettuce. I got the cheese burger and the meat tasted horrible very bland with no flavour. We were the only ones inside the restaurant and it took about 40 minutes to get our order. Can't even imagine what it would have been like if they had customers. We also order milkshakes and I have to say it was not milkshake, it was more like flavored ice cream, my jaw is hurting from trying to drink. I paid £60 for this horrible exp... Ver carta
