No options for gluten free at breakfast, which is absurd nowadays. Staff could not care less about the costumers, reception and food option wise.

Jenna was very friendly and accommodating, quickly finding us a table even though we were late. I would highly recommend this restaurant for its excellent customer service.

What a disappointment. Got beef and turkey ,beef just fat and turkey so pink a good bet could revive it. Told host and got my meal for kids price. £7.50 for a plate of veg. I will certainly not be returning or recommending to anyone. Ver carta

The woman working at the bar with short blonde hair was quite rude and provided very poor customer service. The portion of meat at the carvery was very small. We had reserved a table in the restaurant but ended up being seated in the bar instead.

The hash browns were great very nicely cooked and so were the eggs and mushrooms and basically everything else. It was a 10/10 experience would definitely go again I recommend u all to pop in and have a nice cheeky breakfast and a good time.we were served by chef Apia and it was fab

Really losing faith with my local carvery , the food is becoming substandard, not hot , serving area was filthy , don't talk to me about what passed as cabbage ! It was grey and disgusting , dried up carrots ,flat Yorkshire half cooked roast potatoes and very very dry sage and onion , no gravy on counter , the portion if meat I was serves was disgracel for the price the dinner was costing ! I am very disappointed. The staff are very unhelpful and offer no service whatsoever. We called in for a drink eith a view to eating later which we told the bar staff. When we came to order food we were told there was no meat left. This was an hour before last food orders. We were offered no alternative even though we asked if there was anything else. The response was ' no '. Not impressed!!! Needs Gordon Ramsey to sort it out..

5/5 We had never been to Toby Carvery before but i would definitely visit again! We were warmly welcomed and shown to our table where shortly after our waitress came over to us and took our drinks orders, she explained how everything worked and helped us with choices of starters. The food was absolutely amazing, the meat was so flavourful and the vegetables were so fresh, especially the roast potatoes, They were so fluffy and crunchy!! We were so happy with the service we received we had to leave a review. 10/10 I would 1000% visit again!

We went for an early dinner at 5.15pm. It was a Sunday and the place was mobbed so I 'm glad we pre booked or we wouldn 't have got in. The waiting staff are all super friendly and helpful. The chaps behind the carvery not so much. Food was okay, some of the meat was a bit tough, veg was fine and roasties good....but the yorkshire puddings were hilarious! Completely flat...soggy.... like pancakes! We asked if there were any other yorkshires and got a fairly blunt no. The sauces were all empty and the gravy station was shocking spillages everywhere dried on like it hadn 't been cleaned for hours a bit off putting to be honest. I needed the loo halfway through my meal and waited so long for on... Ver carta
