"Me and my partner went without booking on a Sunday evening. We had to wait a good 15 minuets before my partner went inside to ask if any of the staff that were seating people with reservations and waiting on seated customers realised there were a queue of people waiting. They eventually sorted a few tables and we were seated after a good 25 minuets. It wasn’t very hospitable to totally ignore the queue of people the staff were walking past to serve outside. That being said when we were seated we were served by the staff who were friendly and clearly rushed off their feet as it was busy. The food portions were very generous and everything we ordered was tasty and well cooked. I will be visiting again in December with my children but will be sure to book beforehand to save the wait if it is busy again."

The food was reasonable, but the service was slow. It was also more expensive than other restaurants I'd eaten in which were much better on all counts. I ate here once and didn't go back.

Excelente comida, pasta realmente deliciosa y buen servicio, no hicimos reserva y tuvimos que hacer cola, pero eso solo demuestra lo bueno que es este restaurante. Se puede ver a los chefs trabajando duro en la cocina. No es el más barato, pero la comida es encantadora y vale la pena la experiencia.

Visitamos la Trattoria para cenar más veces que cualquier otro restaurante en Puerto del Carmen. ¡Nos encantó! La comida estaba absolutamente deliciosa cada vez. Estaba muy concurrido cada noche y tuvimos que hacer cola algunas noches, pero valió la pena. Está ubicado en la calle mirando hacia la playa. ¡Definitivamente es nuestro lugar favorito para cenar en Puerto del Carmen hasta ahora!

Pedimos pan de ajo con queso, muy normalito, es una rebanada de pan con ajo y queso fundido. De principal pedimos la calzone (muy grande y bien rellena, lo malo que llevaba queso azul , el cual no nos gusta, y no nos dimos cuenta) y la pizza de atún, muy buenas ambas. Nos invitaron a una copa de limoncello y los camareros fueron muy amables. El local por dentro es muy bonito, lo recomiendo!

After eating here at lunchtime, we decided to book an evening meal on the recommendation of another customer. Despite reserving a table, there was no sign, a table had been reserved for us but thankfully for them one had just cleared but needed setting. Service was slow and poor for drinks, main and dessert. However whilst the food was good, we were not impressed with the overall experience.

Reservamos una mesa en este restaurante creyendo que era a las 8... llegamos y nos dijeron que era a las 7.30, me disculpé varias veces. Nos sentaron, no estaba lleno. Luego fuimos objeto de groserías todo el tiempo. Fueron tan antipáticos, que incluso mi hija de 14 años se sintió incómoda. La única razón por la que le he dado 2 estrellas es porque mi esposo disfrutó su steak. No lo recomendaría y definitivamente nunca volvería. Un servicio terrible.
