Trattoria Aurora - Carta

I had a Pizza Parma, and it was really good!! My father and brother had spaghetti and they rated it also well. The atmosphere is quite authentic.

As a starter we had salad wich was simple but tasted great. The was good too. Both my wife and I ordered pizza and they were also tasty. Would recommend this place

We stopped in on a rainy day because it was close and glad we did. The food was good and very friendly staff. Prices were very reasonable and the staff made some great recommendations on the food. Ver carta

This a great Italian restaurant.Lovely food,I had the lasagne and they gave us olives and bread to start with.Bread is home made and is lovely.I had a tiramisu and that was good to.The waiters were very friendly and pleasant.Price was great to.

Came here as it had good reviews. Had to sit inside as not booked - quite hot as during heatwave. I had salmon pizza - large chunks of salmon quite unlike the kind served in UK. Nice panna cotta for dessert. Service a little slow but efficient waiter had things under control.

We have just eaten here as a couple - absolutely outstanding. The restaurant is decorated wonderfully, and the service and waiters are brilliant. For starter, we shared a mozzarella and tomato antipasti and it was amazing. Then for mains they were able to cater for a gluten free diet, supplying gluten free pasta, which was very nice. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant! Ver carta

The setting is nice and welcoming and you think you are about to have a really nice and hearty italian meal. What a disappointment. Everything tasted blunt and doesnt even remotely come close to the wonders of italian cuisine. Aglio oglio pasta is a fairly simple dish and it was a disaster, so was my mum's pizza.Don't be fooled by the trattoria environment. I would give this one a huge miss.

I am so disappointed writing this review as this establishment took me back to my childhood in the uk when proper solo/family run restaurants thrived. This place had everything, great feel, perfect ambiance, just the right background music, perfect cliental, not too expensive, perfect food, great service and just everything.Then i went to the loo.......no top on the toilet so you have to plumber brain your way to a flush and we don't want to even get started on the toilet brush....Had i not stepped downstairs i would have waxed lyrically about this place, it was perfection, just sort the loos fella's

Our party of three visited this cosy place on a mundane Tuesday evening. It appeared to be a popular restaurant as we found that few tables were available. Staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Even though it was pretty packed, service was reasonably swift. Also important to note, is that the restaurant is child friendly: the toddler member of our party was statisfied.We had little complaints about the food: it was tasty and the Chianti was excellent. The pasta could perhaps be more al dente and a steak that had been requested as well done, had to be sent back for additional grilling. An option worth considering for a nice meal at a reasonable price. Ver carta
