"for the fast LESER.Based on my assessment are several restaurant visits this year:Very neat, handcrafted good Italian cuisine with lunch table, very good services in the service, very attentive service staff.According to the offer of a trattoria, this locally visited by different people any age, often also to relax briefly with a glowing, to ring and also to enjoy something naturally. Location:The restaurant is located in the north-western corner of the marketplace in DO-Hombruch under a former cinema or former variable “Luna”. It is easy to reach both with the pkw and with public transport. parking in walking distance. Ambience:The restaurant is flattering to reach, trendy modern furnishings, with floor depth large glazed window doors, medium brown ground wood, dark brown tables. on the wall a dark brown leather bench, dark brown chairs and sessel, two large round tables, otherwise predominantly 2 tables, which can be very quickly assembled to larger table groups.The dark brown tables are smoothly polished, on them stand salt and pepper scatterers, a wind light and usually a vase with fresh flowers. these tables are not covered, but will be covered with optically very apart paper sets and napkins on request – my experience says. otherwise the cutlery plus 1 white paper nap is covered shortly before serving the food. the outside area in front of the entrance is chaired in summer season with anthracite-colored stretch chairs made of plastic in basket optics. the exterior are modern and simple. you sit comfortably there between the well-maintained bowls with green and flowers at the edge of the marketplace.This outdoor area is very well protected against sun with a large brand and 4 large market umbrellas and is heavily frequented by the guests. via a staircase in the left side of the restaurant area you get into a large cellar space, in which you can find another approx. 40 seats incl. tables. the toilets are separated from the theken area and can be reached flatteringly.The right side of the restaurant closes a white wall with large glazed windows that allow the view into the open restaurant kitchen, so the guest has a good view of the happening of the kitchen brigade.Also this area can be entered from the outside, especially for the people who can give orders for home use. the open kitchen clearly shows: “We have nothing to hide, our war is freshly prepared”. Service:As already mentioned at the beginning, a very attentive and very courteous staff, which welcomes and hosts everyone very friendly. here all the guests feel good. it should be emphasized that complaints, should occur once, are taken very seriously and forwarded to the kitchen. you can also notice the habits of the guests who regularly come back here. fewzi osmani, : at any time at the place, works at all corners and edges, whether in the kitchen or in the service or in the clean-up work, but still has time to chat with the guests. a regular “Rampensau” in the positive sense. In short: in this trattoria everyone feels comfortable and well-resolved. the load brummt accordingly!Speisenkarte:It contains about 70 positions, for me too much, adds a large crooked board on the left side of the restaurant, the day offers avized as well as another mobile crooked board that offers the changing lunch table. but: the service as well as the kitchen are ready to use on special orders at any time if this is possible. the ordered dishes: In front: there is a small round basket with 6 pieces of freshly prepared foccacia and a small dip of yogurt and a little garlic. sometimes but also freshly baked rolls of pizza dough. I could eat again and again.Spaghetti alio e olio con peperoni (on request with Salsiccia)The spaghetti al dente cooked, very nicely tasted with olive oil, peperoni and garlic, with the very strong salsiccia. again and again for me a beautiful aromatic well-established pasta.As lunch table: chicken breast fillet with salad:Cart grilled and still juicy chicken breast fillet with a mixed salat, which was inoculated by an aromatic light balsamicovinigrette. on the meat sea salt in light dosis. the whole for only unbeatable 7,50 €As an example panna cotta: effective airy panna cotta, served on a best sprinkled powder sugar level with chocolate and strawberry beverages:1 bottle mineral water 0,75 l san pellegrino (5,00 €), 0.2 l house wine ros (4,00 €, 0.1 l = 2,50 €), the bottle pink the frati 27,50 l = 0.75 €). served all drinks well cooled, the bottle of mineral water at the table, the bottle wine served in the wine cooler with ice. Cleanliness:All spatialities, including toilets, in a perfect condition, no complaints. Conclusion:A neat handmade kitchen performance. not a star kitchen, but an honest Italian kitchen, all freshly prepared, as I met them in the country and appreciated. an excellent, friendly and competent service, I am looking forward to the next visit. my rating: 5 – necessarily again (1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – if it results again, 4 – happy again, 5 – absolutely again – after “Kuechenreise”)"
