"good, very savoy atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff. Very Piedmontese menu as expected, we focus on porcini mushrooms available in the menu. Tajarin to the very good fried mushrooms equally good, perhaps a more potato portion would have been better and perfect raw meat. bottle of ruche. good dinner, nothing to say, excellent hospitality. If I have to find a negative side...the account, it's fine the porcini but it was a little high, we're santena not on the ships to Milan. Anyway, somewhere I'd be back."

"The location is not very close to Torino, since it is on the outer side of the hills that coast eastwards the town and the river Po. Anyway, it is quite easy to reach, driving across the hills or from the southern circle motorway (Moncalieri). The small restaurant is along the country road between Trofarello and Pecetto in the village of Valle Sauglio, it is not very eye-catching from outside, there is a comfortable nearby parking. The ambience is cozy but elegant, the tables are well spaced. The food is mainly based on the local piedmontese tradition, cleverly reworked, with some glances to seafood. The quality is overall very high, the dishes are presented with taste and elegance. There is a considerable list of local, italian and international wines. A curiosity among the desserts is an instantly made ice-cream prepared by the table with liquid nitrogen. The prices are reasonably high but in proportion with the high level of the restaurant."

"Più di 40 di attesa per gli antipasti, hanno sbagliato 2 minestre su 3 (cioè hanno portato un altro tipo di pasta rispetto a quanto ordinato) servite a circa 1,30 ora da qua do ci eravamo seduti. Insomma, decisamente problemi in cucina, anche se poi si sono scusati, cuoco compreso. Via vai in cucina (avevo vista diretta sulla cucina) di persone dall 'esterno non adeguatamente vestite, sbagliati alcuni altri piatti dal pizzaiolo rispetto quanto ordinato, un esperienza proprio non positiva. Cibo buono e ben presentato, abbondante nella quantità. Penso non torneremo più. Costo € 120 in 4 con sconto the fork del 20% per 4 antipasti, 3 primi 1 secondo, 2 a que e 1 vino. Decisamente non vi siamo. Kid-friendliness: Tavoli non vicini. Parking: Parcheggio vicino. Wheelchair accessibility: Accesso diretto senza problemi."

"very nice and well managed local. the owners were really good at managing the predisposition of seats. to really do my compliments. Moreover the care of the dishes is great. We ate really well. among the appetizers I preferred the tunaed calf and salad with apples and scales of Parmesan to say little exquisite and well balanced in the dressing. among the first had the best risotto gorgonzola and fichi . for the second the very good veal stracotto. the cuisine is typical Piedmont with some revisits that I have much appreciated. Moreover the staff is very polite and very helpful to guests' requests. what to say we will definitely return."
