in contrast to many Italian local, whose owners are not Italian people, the service here is italiano naturale and when eating also the kitchen in Italian must be hand. it was so good! Ver carta

I was very impressed by this restaurant. we came without reservation and thanks to a space next to the entrance we could observe how friendly and confident the service forces have mastered the storm of the guests. By the way we got fantastic food. I recommend to all people to reserve here in advance and to come back here again.

Avoid. Service was rude and unhelpful. I ordered a salad which never arrived and they then attempted to charge me for it. The spaghetti carbonara was lumpy rather than creamy, the ham in the dish was the incorrect type for it and it was burned. It is a cash only establishment, but we were not told this until the bill arrived. Not worth your time or money.

The restaurant is located in the centre and in a tourist location. For a small town/city, it may be a good choice. The atmosphere is lively and cosy. The pasta of home made pasta we ordered was excellent but unfortunately it was swun with butter....The taste of my gnocchi sauce dish is very nice but is a bit salty. This is my favourite Italian restaurant go to for authentic Italian food and service! I dare say one of the best Germany wide!! The food is incomparable and brings you back to Italy. I travel almost 1 hour from where I stay for my best Italian food. The service personnel are so hospitable and gives the best of Italian hospitality. I highly recommend anyone who loves Italian food to come to this restaurant! It's value for money!! All worth it!!

We were there with our family on the evening of 24th October. We had not reserved a table. In spite of that we were given a friendly welcome. We were attended to immediately. The service was very good. They even offered to give us the...Menu both in English and German. The waiter spoke English, German and Italian. The quality of the food was excellent. I would recommend this Restaurant to all. Well done to the owners and the people working there.

It wasn't too late in the evening to go out for dinner, at least for Italians (9.20 pm): in the neighbourhood of Bachhaus it was the only place that welcomed us, although basically only for a pizza, as the kitchen was clearing up. Grappa (nothern...liqueur) sounds an odd name for Neapolitans that own or run the place...Anyway we spoke Italian and eat good stuff. I don't know about the rest of the menu. All in all, the place is kinda typical Italian (sort of) and you should eat quite well. Ver carta
