"We went to Trattoria Roma as it was close to our AirBnb apartment, and menu had quite a few vegetarian pasta dishes, which we prefer. The place has a bit of a run down feel, but we received a warm welcome by the staff, and decided to go for it.We ordered a rucola / tomato / pecorino salad - this was really nice, as was the home made bread. The bottle of prosecco, we ordered was not a real prosecco, but a 'sparkling wine' i.e. 'soda streamed' white wine, but actually not too bad.Had the pasta dishes been interesting, I would easily have given the restaurant 3 stars, but unfortunately they were simply too boring. We had to add loads of salt and pepper to make them taste of anything, and still they were uninspiring.I think the restaurant's main force are their pizzas - the ones our neighboring tables received looked good, and other reviewers seem to be enjoying them.So to sum up: staff nice, salad good, wine could have been better, and do avoid the pastas..."
