"We had lunch to belatedly celebrate a birthday. We travelled up from Broadstairs and stayed the night to fully enjoy the experience without having to think about catching trains. I say experience because dining at Trinity is just that. Superb, amazing food in the most relaxed of dining rooms but it was all very special. The “ hands on” team complemented the chefs perfectly. Was I impressed that they clocked I was left handed and laid my cutlery accordingly. Kiera was the magical combination of charm, wit and superb efficiency. Very beautiful too. Sorry I did not get your name but our wine waiter was brilliant too. It was all utterly delicious. We loved everything about it and are still going over things today. How do you get a quail’s egg runny in a pig’s fritter croquette for goodness sake? Thank you all very very much."

we loved the whole experience, thank you. the menu was varied, each piece of the meal was worth a discussion. the team is lovely, helpful, friendly and very professional.

the food was insane, the best beef tartare, but the service was terrible, I have never come across such a service at a michelin restaurant. when we finished our cocktails, no one asked if we wanted more to drink ... while serving dishes, the front of the house did not explain what we had on the plate, no one cleared the bread crumbs from the table ... the waitress did not ask if we liked the dishes... ..., for desserts nobody offered us coffee or sweet wine ... we had to ask ourselves ... come on the food was great the service was cruel, for sure the service does not deserve 1 star.
