"Diesen Karfreitag waren wir erstmals im Bootshaus und hatten uns für ein vier gängiges Fisch-Menü entschieden. Bevor ich zum Essen komme vielleicht noch ein paar wenige Worte zur Location. Das Bootshaus liegt etwas außerhalb von Melbeck, ist gut ausgeschildert und verfügt über ausreichend Parkplätze. Bereits beim Eintreten waren wir vom tollen Ambiente und dem super freundlichen Personal angetan. Die Tische waren liebevoll eingedeckt und man fühlte sich direkt sehr wohl. Aber nun zum Essen. Absolut Klasse! Wir hatten zu Beginn ein wunderbares Thunfischtatar mit herrlich marinierten Rettichnudeln. Weiter ging es mit einer sehr gut abgeschmeckten und kräftigen Fischsuppe mit feiner Gemüseeinlage. Ein absolutes Highlight war der dritte Gang. Wolfsbarsch im Salzmantel auf einer sensationellen Erbsencreme und Mandelespuma. Dazu gab es frisches Marktgemüse und Kartoffeln. Den Abschluss bildete ein Möhrenkuchen auf Möhrenmus und Sahneeis. Einfach nur lecker! Es war für uns ein tolles kulinarisches Erlebnis. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und können das Bootshaus bedingungslos weiterempfehlen. Es wird nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein. Ein Dank an die Küche und das Personal für einen wunderschönen Abend."

"Es ist halt immer eine Geschmackssache!Meines Erachtens ist der Pizzateig zu dünn und hart, mit leichtem Pappegeschmack, die Beläge sind aber ordentlich und frisch. Die Auswahl an Pizzen ist überschaubar, aber das ist ok. Preislich durchaus im Lüneburger Schnitt, allerdings zahlt man hier für Leitungswasser ( Leute, das muss doch nicht sein!) Ein Plus war die nette und aufmerksame Bedienung.Insgesamt in Ordnung"

"General I still have to work up the remaining restaurant visits from the good old time (summer/autumn 2020). In August 2020 our birthday dinner was back. After the sober visit to the Zollenspieker ferry house in 2019, we wanted to go on number safe this time and chose Osteria Häcklingen. The last visit was approx. 2 years back and stayed in very good memory. With covered skies and about 20 degrees outside temperature, we made our way. Service We reached our destination shortly before 12 noon uind were a bit early. The service was still busy with the preparatory work. We could choose a free table on the outside terrace. The beverage requests were quickly received and served. The service was very friendly and attentive. The daily dishes, the weekly dishes on the slate table and the various dessert offers have been explained very well and in detail. This was also necessary because the dishes I chose in advance on the homepage (e.g. Seezunge) were unfortunately already out and I was overwhelmed by the variety of the remaining offers. The service looked after us well and regularly asked if everything is okay. Only an auxiliary offer (see Dessert) has been ignored by her. In addition to the dishes on the slate table, there were a number of current daily dishes including flanksteak with truffle butter pink roasted calfscarpaccio with pifferliongs, ruccola, tomato calmarettini from the grill with pea puree rabbit We chose the aforementioned daily dishes. The white wine recommendation of the service power has given us excellent care. (Aurora Arneis, Roberto Sarotto) As a greeting from the kitchen, two different types of bread (lightly heated) and butter were served. Simple but very tasty. Carpaccio, served as an appetizer, looked promising. It was a poem. The seedlings were nicely clean and rounded off this appetizer well. The calmarettins were well grilled and not tough, with a fine garlic note. The pea puree was very fine and well tasted. The grilled paprika fits perfectly with the grilled calmarettinis. A successful appetizer. The Flanksteak was tender pink and tasted very well with the truffle butter. The meat was a little firmer. The vegetables were prepared to a bite as I like. The rabbit tasted very well. In addition to the rabbit lobe, the other rabbit parts were filled with a ragout made of mushrooms and rabbit meat. The vegetables (flower, carrots, broccoli) were prepared al dente. The rosemary potatoes were very tasty As dessert we ordered a cream brulee with berries as well as a mascara cream with berries. Both Dasserts were a poem and a very beautiful conclusion of a successful meal. It was just before 14.00 and the restaurant closes at 14.00. We have offered the service completely selflessly to assist in the disposal of the prepared and not yet sold desserts. This offer just ignored her. Too bad. Ambiente The restaurant is located in a quiet residential area. Parking is available in the surroundings. The outdoor terrace is very well maintained and offers about 45 guests space. The tables and chairs consist of a green steel frame. The table tops are made of plastic. The table is covered with wax tablecloths (light-care) and white fabric table cloths that are secured against the wind with metal clips. The chairs are equipped with green rivet rests. The terrace is designed with terrazzo plates and bordered with decorative field stones. Laterns are standing around and from one side the terrace is irradiated by outdoor lights embedded on the building wall. Flower boxes complete the beautiful ambience. The whole is protected from weathering by a rustic, full-electric awning (four steel posts) with Olympic dimensions. Cleanliness impeccable price"

"Ein reiner Pizza Imbiss. Ich dachte mir versuche es mal. Ich bestellte die Pizza Tonno. Die Pizza war zwar dünn aber so was von Lecker einfach super. Ich dachte ein Salat kannst du noch vertragen und bestellte noch ein Insalate Tonno. Das war der Leckerste Thunfischsalat den ich bisher gegessen habe. Darum der Pizza Blitz ist Super. Kannich nur weiterempfehlen. Hatte im Postkasten die neue Speisekarte. Dachte mir mußt du ausprobieren. Ich bestellte mir das Jägerschnitzel was man neu im Programm hat. Der Italiener sagt: Crema Scaloppina pollo al funghi el fritte. Die Sauce Hausgemacht keine Industrieware. Ich war begeistert. Ich komme auf jedenfall wieder um noch andere Gerichte auszuprobieren. Noch zu erwähnen wehre. Der Service ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Lokal ist auserordentlich Sauber. Ein Mitarbeiter wicht stehts alles rein."
