as a dunchner who has just started working in graz, I was led by my new colleagues in a crowd of locals... from nobel, to suburban and funny/cheap. many slanted types. eating is ok and very cheap. the device old and oblique.

the likal has not really the most beautiful ambiente but eating is good and the prices are more than cheap. the service is also friendly. Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed. but still a visit is worth it: large portions for little money.
