Awful food and awful customer service avoid at all costs. Greasy, wrong order and an owner who talks to you like **** when you ring to complain

Placed an order from UberEats with one pizza and two burgers for home delivery. I never received the order. I am very unhappy about this awful experience.

Slipped on floor, staff attitude disgraceful, within 10 minutes another customer slipped so a yellow floor sign put out then a staff member slipped …. Nothing done! Accident waiting to happen. Greasy floor in take awaY. Staff attitude disgraceful. Ver carta

Simply ordered just some cheesy chips and garlic sauce after a 13 hour shift and what I received was the worst things I’ve smelt and looked at, it was absolutely disgusting quality, taste was even worse I didn’t know it was possible for cheesy chip to be so bad and the garlic sauce looked like someone had nabbed some before hand

Will never use again first and last order Un cooked chicken burger Un cooked beef burger Entire meal COLD even the cheese on the chips hadn’t melted Not entirely sure we won’t feel the effects of the mouthful each we ate……..put it this way it went in the bin !!!! And lesson learnt as they were the only restaurant with available delivery…….now I know why !!!

Ordered 3 wraps 2 kebab chips and garlic 1 mixed meat with salad and garlic. Garlic sauce was off tasted sour the chips were not cooked all went in the bin. The kebab meat over cooked n dry contacted them on Facebook didn't reply just blocked my messages. Ordered through deliveroo who are just as bad and will only give a small part refund. Disgusting. Cold meat served. Still frozen. When we complained we saw them take the food into the back all put their fingers in it, laughed, then put it in the microwave. Must be used to ripping off drunk people. We didnt have a drink and saw what they were doing to peoples food. Would never go again. Going to report them to environmental health. Neve ever go here no matter how hungry you are!!

We ate here twice. We'd been to the theatre each night and wanted somewhere for a snack after the show. This place fitted the bill. IT IS NOT A LUXURY RESTAURANT it is a pizza delivery company with a few tables and benches where you can sit to eat your pizza. It is also very cheap £8.00 for two pizzas and two cans of coke. The pizzas on our first night were better than on our second. Where on our first night they were fresh, crisp and tasty they were slightly greasy on our second night. Based on our experiences of the first n9ight we returned for our second night; We wouldn't have gone back given the experience of the second night.

Am I the only one who feels like an absolute donut ordering food from these lot? The food is awful, they exploit drunken individuals, despite the fact we weren’t drunk, they still treated us as if we were drunk with the poor quality of food and customer service. The floor was a slipping hazard with filf and grease all over it, as it was the end of the night, there was someone sweeping up, but brushing it all into our feet with no respect, food brushed all over me and my friends, I felt like a greasy doner kebab on the floor. (The floor looked like it hadn’t been sweeped since the afternoon). In conclusion, I wouldn’t feed this food to my pet rat. They’ve seen better meals in Durham sewers. D... Ver carta
