"I chose this restaurant very carefully as it was my birthday, and my first time overseas in 2 and a half years (thanks Covid). I could not have chosen better this was my dream swiss restaurant in the heart of Zurich, really cosy, great service, it was the complete package. But its food that is most important to me, and neither myself or my 3 guests were disappointed. I had the barley soup to start then the entree portion of duck liver with salad. Both were terrific and the duck liver was plenty. My friends had respectively Wiener Schnitzel, Geschnatzlets with roesti, and Wild (game menu) all were served in traditional two portions, hearty and delicious food. For the quality and experience, I thought it was exceptional value for a special occasion dinner."

Dining here is like being welcomed into someone’s home, with an amazingly professional service a 10/10 dining experience! The food was also very high quality. The menu does definitely cater more to meat eaters though, beware if you are vegan or vegetarian.

We were a group of 7 for dinner on Saturday evening and all the guests were very happy with their meal. The food was excellent and the staff absolutely charming. The only slight downside is that the decoration is a little outdated but that doesn't detract from the quality of this restaurant.
