My daughters birthday it was a total let down did not say on website that it was no longer a carvery and service was very bad and received meals all at different times and took nearly 2 hours to receive our meal

Prefered it how it use to be when you could pick and choose what you wanted, didn't like the set menu. dropped to a 3 from a 5. Staff/service was great as usual, someone who is trying to cost cut from above making all the wrong choices.

The food was good, but the restaurant felt lifeless. There was hardly any atmosphere since it was mostly empty; we were the only patrons aside from one other table. The bar was closed as well due to the lack of customers. It's a real shame—it just needs more diners to create a lively vibe. Ver carta

first visit since the change of the Sunday menu. bottomless appetizer still great selection quality. the meal was a good size, 3 truthahnbraten and 1 bark meat roast. would rather eat from a plate than a wooden plate. dessert choice was from the breakfast brunch that was enough for us this time. but I would like to know if there could be a price. the staff was fabulous, very friendly and friendly. comes back.

This was my first visit since the Sunday menu changed, and I was quite pleased. The bottomless starters were still an excellent selection and of high quality. The set meal was a good portion, with three turkey roasts and one beef roast chosen. I would have preferred to be served on a plate instead of a wooden platter. The dessert options were limited to the breakfast brunch, which was enough for us this time. It would be nice if ice cream could be included in the set price. The staff were fantastic—friendly and engaging, providing excellent service. I will definitely return.

I took my girlfriend to this restaurant for a Valentine’s Day dinner and we planned to use a 2-for-1 main meal voucher. The voucher clearly stated it couldn't be used on Christmas Day or New Year's meals. I mentioned the voucher when making the reservation, but when we arrived, we were informed that they had emailed me about not honoring it on Valentine's Day (they hadn't). When we explained that the voucher only excluded Christmas and New Year, the person at the front desk simply said we couldn't use it. Normally, I would have walked out and found another place, but since it was Valentine’s Day, I wanted to treat my girlfriend, and most other restaurants were fully booked. We chose to stay...
