Food took forever to come out and when they did only my partners food came out ...my food came out 30 minutes after my partners food arrived ...it was poor service

The food is good, however the service on this day was poor. Food arrived at the table before we even had our drinks. There were 6 of us and the dishes came out one at a time, with a substantial wait in between. So a few of us were left without food while others were halfway through their dish. I understand that this can happen at times, but the time gap was way too long. Ver carta

Was lovely but the way the kitchen operates is bizarre. We were a group of 4. We received 2 mains first. They were gone before some sides arrived. Then the last two mains arrived. I have never had such a strange dining experience. 2 of us were full by the time the sides arrived. 2 were starving and ate too much before their mains arrived. If all the food came at the same time, more or less, that would have been fine. But I wouldn't be in a rush back for this very reason. Food was tasty but the way they serve it would put me off.

I have attended this restaurant dozens of times and unfortunately the service last night was very poor. The restaurant was nearly empty and yet we waited almost 40 minutes before someone took our order. We then waited another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Once we had finished our meal and our plates had been taken, no member of staff approached us again to ask if we wanted another drink or to pay the bill. We stayed almost an hour after this and eventually had to approach a member of staff to pay the bill at the til. It was a very disappointing experience.

my partners arrived eating, not a sign of me. a woman who seemed more superior came after a past and asked what my order was. first, a false head office arrived, which had to be sent back. my head finally arrived, and one side soon came after. I thought it was my veggie gyozas, but only after eating one, I realized that it was actually black. I ate them because my eating was already so delayed and I'm not a vegetarian anyway. only when I had finished my main page, a part of the veggie gyozas appeared, which we refused, and said I had already got mine (art! and one because later came another, which we also rejected.
