"we were on vacation for the second time in bacharach and were back in the restaurant zeus. eating is simply great and of course also the staff and the chef anyway. any desire regarding drinks and eating is fulfilled. this restaurant is so hospitable that you regret it when you leave again and there can no longer eat and enjoy the atmosphere.It is definitely a must when you are in bacharach."

"Today in Bacharach it was a damp rainy day and as the Hotel am Market was open we decided to stop by for lunch. We were not disappointed by this at all. We both started with their Chanterelle Mushroom soup which was very rich and satisfying considering the weather we experienced. I had their salad which also had chanterelle mushrooms which was a very generous serving. My partner had the spaghetti with chanterelle mushrooms which was very satisfying as well. Service was friendly and efficient. Only downside was the Milch Kaffee which needed a more robust coffee bean. I would return here at a later date to try their homemade desserts which looked very decadent"

"the afternoon visit of this gas house we have presented ourselves somewhat differently. we took place on the terrace and waited for the map that we brought ourselves from the side table after some time. we ordered flammcake, spundekäs and mineral water as well as a riesling. the flame cake came after ten minutes, the spundekäs came after complaint after a short half hour. the flame cake was in order, but had already been eaten long ago when the spundekäs came. the radishes was clouded, as was the salat set. some extremely thin swirl rings with a small, more appealing, broken little slices rounded off the plate. the ordered and served riesling was not to identify as such.the entire hosting performance was said to be very poor. when you open the restaurant in the afternoon, you should also care for the appropriate staff. if not, I call this dilettantism or."

"Eines der schönsten und zugleich modernsten Hotels, das ich je gesehen habe. Aussen ein wunderbar erhaltenes, grosses Fachwerkhaus, innen ein top modernisiertes Gebäude. Ein wunderbares Beispiel, wie man die wunderschönen ehrwürdigen Gebäude vergangener Generation erhalten und beleben kann, anstatt diese abzureissen und durch hässliche Betonbauten zu ersetzen. Eine Augenweide war auch der Restaurantbereich mit der Holzvertäfelung und wunderschönen Gemälden. Selbst die Dusche und im Lift war der Hintergrund von der Stadtkulisse des wunderschönen Weinörtchens Bacharach. Der Aufenthalt war sehr toll und das Personal überaus freundlich. Ich war sehr gerne hier und würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Rooms: Sehr modern und aufwändig gestaltet, stilvoll und sehr luxuriös eingerichtet."
