"Speisen: tolle, abwechslungsreiche Karte. Klassische Gerichte, kreative Kombinationen und das wöchentlich wechselnde Menü ist einfach der Hammer. Fleisch und Fisch waren bisher immer perfekt gebraten und gewürzt. Die hausgemachten Spätzle sind für mich ebenfalls ein echtes Highlight. Superleckere (hausgemachte) Salatdressings. Haben uns schon quer durch die Karte gegessen und wurden noch nie enttäuscht, besonders das Menü ist immer eine Freude für Augen & Gaumen. Service: Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hatten einmal eine Bedienung die wohl erst kürzlich angefangen hatte, da lief es nicht ganz so rund aber das ist ja auch kein Problem.Ambiente: Traumhaft, im Garten sitzt man unter großen Kastanienbäumen. Drinnen teilt sich das Restaurant in den traditionelleren Bereich mit Eckbänken etc, und den neueren, etwas helleren Bereich. Immer wunderschöne Tischdeko, im Normalfall nicht zu laut und generell geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Preise sind für das tolle Essen und den Service auf jeden Fall angemessen."

"Beautifully decorated in a country house style at the eastern edge of the city, bright colors, lovingly covered tables you can feel at the Denzlinger Ochsen. And so many good Italians really did not control the ubiermobile in the in-house car park in Freiburg's North Sleep satellite, and the massive stone house from the 1930s was denied. Some salmon and the complete outer tires go back to the kitchen. “Wollnse was Midnähm?” it smiles to us to horror on the... Maybe we would have ordered Italian classics, but the ox is a pizzeria. The pasta was also no eye-catcher. So for the first time no longer, but the undisputed search for the 10 best pizzerias in South Baden goes unnoticed..."

"We've always been eating at Mardini. Of course there were always changes, sometimes there was another meat or other bread or other supplements. It was comparatively delicious and always fresh! The price has risen significantly lately, but what you like to buy when the food tastes. But what we got served today was not just a groundless evil, you should have called back the money! The Spies looked a little weird, and it was fried unusually strong. The taste test also confirmed the assumption that the meat was not fresh (lower). Sorry but that was the last time, very bad"

"Wir waren am 1. Weihnachtstag zu viert am Mittag im Kreuz. Wir haben jeweils 2 x das Badische und 2 x das Weihnachtsmenü bestellt. Die Vorspeise des Weihnachtsmenüs war insgesamt sehr gut. Etwas abgefallen ist die Terrine, die sehr fest und im Vergleich weniger aromatisch als das tolle Parfait war. Auch die Hummersuppe mit Garnelen war sehr gut. Dagegen jedoch fielen die Hauptgänge beider Menüs deutlich ab. Der Kartoffelbrei war wohl mit festkochenden Kartoffeln gemacht und etwas stückig und nicht sahnig-cremig wie es meiner Ansicht nach sein sollte. Das Entenbrustfleisch war trocken und die Keule dazu noch zäh. Auch die Rehmedaillons waren trocken und nicht rosa, wie sie sein sollten. Dies ist wohl der hohen Gästezahl geschuldet, wodurch in der Küche offensichtich vieles schon vorgerichtet und warm gehalten wurde. Anders kann ich mir den Fleischzustand nicht erklären. Daneben hatte leider auch die Sosse zu Ente wenig Ente gesehen und schmeckte dünn, mehr nach Gemüsebrühe mit Hefeextrakt. Das Dessert war dann wieder sehr gut (das nimmt ein Vorrichten auch nicht so übel, wie Fleisch). Ich habe der Bedienung auch entsprechende Rückmeldung gegeben und man hat dies professionell behandelt und uns eine Runde Kaffee spendiert. Ich denke, die Küche kann es im Prinzip besser, nur nicht an solchen Feiertagen. Man sollte also besser an ruhigeren Tagen dort Essen gehen."

"Hatten mehrere Pizzen zum Abendessen bestellt. Die Pizzen waren frisch haben allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Lieferung selbst ging etwas länger, lag aber auch daran, dass in Kollnau an dem Tag Fest und damit viel los war. Da kann man also absolut keinen Strick daraus drehen! Das Essen war immer noch heiß und bei der Lieferung hatte man sich aufrichtig für die lange Wartezeit entschuldigt. War also kein Problem."
