Great place to get a drink. The Waitress Libby was great at her job. She was kind and helpful All around a great experience to have some drinks and food.

Hannah was an amazing waitress! Professional, polite and delightful. Food was great and so too was the atmosphere. Have to say, big thankS to Hannah for our lovely evening!! We’ll be back.

A spacious oldy pub. We had booked a table for 5 was set for 6! Mains were all lovely. Desserts overpriced especially the honey pot which was not nice. Staff friendly and we didn't feel rushed. Ver carta

Good meal out with friends. Service was very good. Plenty of staff visited the table to replenish drinks and wasn't waiting ages for food. Good variety of food offered. Nice busy atmosphere on a Friday night.

Fabulous pub in the heart of the village! The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and always served with a smile. It's child friendly but never feels like it is overrun with children. The interior is cosy and in keeping with the pubs' age without being stuffy. Perfection in a local!

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. They offer a menu to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and made sure everything was perfect, including keeping our drinks filled. We’d asked for a quiet table so that we could talk to each other and that’s exactly what we got, so that was brilliant. Service was excellent. even though it was a busy Friday evening. Food was also excellent and timely. Staff friendly and welcoming. Made us feel like individuals Wine was quite expensive compared to other local restaurants.

Absolutely amazing pub! Love the food! We had a prawn cocktail, the soup of the day, the Prawn and crab linguine, the haddock fish cakes and the honey pot dessert, it all really was amazing! Only couple of little things I would say is that the prawn cocktail needed a little bit more flavour to it, and the honey pot was extremely rich and could’ve done with a bit more ice cream just to help with that.but that doesn’t mean we’re going to give it any less than five stars, because it really was brilliant and a good evening out.

I have visited many pubs for meals, but I have to say, the food at this restaurant is incomparable. The roasts were served hot, fresh, and quickly. My mother's vegetarian meal was exceptional, my beef roast was delicious, and my daughter's meal was also very tasty. She was provided with a kids' activity sheet to keep her entertained while we waited, although the service was prompt and friendly. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was not too busy or crowded. The location is lovely and I highly recommend this restaurant. Ver carta
