lovely country pub, lovely 3 course turkey meal and nice cider on tap....fully recommended for quality food and nice country atmosphere top marks...

I have to be mine and the family favorite house. the staff, the food and the location are tops. we had many a fantastic meal here and recommend it very much.

wonderful meal, cooked to perfection. well visited pub, eating was beautifully presented and full of taste. booking is wise. much less for a delicious meal than we paid the night before st mellion!

Went to market inn Tavistock for partner to meet some old friends. Got recommended this pub from owner of sister pub and wow what a find. All staff where fantastic and food was amazing will defo come again. Service: 5 Location: 5

was able to hold an agm and presentation tonight. great service and nothing is too much annoyed. beautiful staff and the owner were more than obligated. so a beautiful place. very tasty eating also. many thanks. we will definitely come back.

Had an early evening meal for family of 4 today, polite friendly attentive staff, all meals were great but the monkfish curry was exceptional...one of the tastiest Curry's I've eaten anywhere...thank you for a great meal. Service: 5 Location: 5

Food and the service was exceptional however, what lets it down (like most good pubs) is the extortionate wine list prices. £6.50 for a large wine is simply profiteering. But this place is nearly always fully booked and even though i disagree with their pricing structure, we will go there again.

Visiting the area and this pub was recommended. We are glad it was as the food was excellent and the service was super friendly and efficient. We all had starters, which were all hot and delicious. The main were considerable and very tasty. The curry was better than I think I’ve had in any pub previously. The desserts were also excellent, though we probably could have shared them as again the portions were big. Final point, everyone working at the pub were great and all took the time to interact with our kids. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area and looking for a good meal out.
