Half of our group works...in a restaurant so we know the do's and dont's and how to treat your customers. Starting a discussion while being so to speak lost in Translation about the tip is a complete no-go. Trying to convince us that the norm is is just wrong. It's a real shame because the essence: the location, food and drinks, are how it should be. We felt kind of scammed as a tourist.. you might say it's a cultural thing but we all Know how tips work. (Germans aren't specifically famous for tipping in Belgium as well so why the letdown"

Awesome dinner with my work colleagues, great octopus starter, super tasty angus steak and schnitzel. Even before the desert arrive, highly recommended!

We were near the door, so I thought there would be a draft, but there was no problem. we were all warm and comfortable. Seating was soft with solid wide wooden tables. Service was reliable and quick and friendly. English menus available. The food was...well presented and appetizing and it s always a plus when herbs and spices can be tasted..Good size portions. After starter and main course, none of us could manage desert, although it did look good. Although busy, through the lighting, decor and ambience, it was very agreeable to all, we all enjoyed our meal here.
