Unforced atmosphere, very relaxed. Great buffet, very tasty. Service well, but one or the other needs an upgrade to the contents of the food.

However, personnel are doing a little insecure overall. Beautiful and modern ambience. Eating I didn't find convincing, Lachstartar was fad, salmon relatively fat. Meat (Steak 350 Gr. Sinner) was prepared at a high level, but the meat is not so cold to serve on the plate. You have to like that. It would be good if there were a hint of the preparation the meat was cooked for hours at a low temperature and then cut and again dressed briefly on hot flame.
