"first, we were looking for a place in a live house too close to the marienplatz on Friday night. terrifying! big groups troutists, loud, sticky air. more per zufall denbraunauer hof found. also there full, but after approx. 5 minutes waiting period was given to us by a very friendly top place at a 6 table. that it is quite calm. the room is brighter, more modern, more comfortable than in traditional inns. large menu and a tag map from which we (something unbayerian) chose a xxl hamburger and matjesfilet with brtatkartoffel. the hamburger excellent, very juicy, tasty meat, crisp salate, the brötschen (teig bag)! with cheese baked, with small pommes frites. the matjes was not so good because the soße was a bit thin, for that the bratkartoffeln was a dense! recommend host for those who like to return to the house, but without the touritrubel. beautiful beer garden behind the house, unfortunately it was too cold. very nice service."

the wetshaus in the brownauer hof is recommended and offers everything the Bavarian kücke produces. the personal is accommodating and nice and the prizes acceptable. there is a single point of criticism: the beer glasses should be something full.

the amshaus in the brownauer hof has a quite fantastic beer garden in the middle of a few very close to the viktualienmarkt. the menu and the quality of the food is absolutely equivalent to that of a beer garden. we spent a wonderful evening there. the service is warm and rough.

we were in the local with 50 people and have eaten in the Bavarian. there was a three-way menu with beer and wine! the location was typical of the country and centrally located. the food is very delicious and since we were invited, I can't make any assessment about price/performance. the gas house is recommended and I will definitely go again.

we were five in the beer garden (area with service) and had to wait good 20 minutes for the service and the cards. after that, it continued to wait. after a time came one who wanted to despise us with a whining and obvious bad excuse. when he realized that we didn't want to wait anymore and our patient was exhausted, he took the orders. I'm not going anywhere. Ver carta

Too bad we had discovered this cozy beer garden on the last day. very friendly staff, also dogs opposite;) very tasty, to the seasonally adjusted eating, highly recommended! we have pfifferlings with semmelknödel, salad with gratined goat cheese on salad and a freshly baked goat with vanilleeis, as with nuts. the chef was really polite, friendly, professional! nothing escaped his attentive look. someone thinks! we'll be back!

we have been to an extended weekend in a little bit and have landed here by accident. the ambiente is traditional, modern, fresh. the card offers something for everyone: vegetarian, vegan and the classic pub kitchen. the service was very friendly and fast. the food was unprecedentedly fresh: münchner schnitzel, ofenkartoffel with earlylingsquark and green salat, leberkäse with spiegelei and kartoffelsalat- good food and good prices. we like to come back!

by coincidence, I passed the amshaus brownauer hof. Very nice and well maintained beer garden and good, rich food offer. I had the carving of a kind. After reading the quite negative review, I was very excited and can say: the carving (it was 2)! was exactly right prepared; nicely thin and classy panned and fried out. I don't eat often schnitzel - this one I would order again! But sometimes there is Tomahawk-Steak - but was alone and would not have done it with certainty. Ver carta

we are frankfurter, but every year at least 2x in dunes and oberbayern. the brownauer hof offers exactly what we are looking for in Bavarian kulinarisch: deft food, freshly prepared. with delicious beer and everything with great service. the ambiente does not say to everyone, but the small beer garden is a perfect oasis in the middle of the big city. the local is perfectly located between the German museum and the city of the city. if I hadn't mentioned it yet or also liked twice: very friendly and fast operation, of course in dirndl.

Over a seven day period I dined in the biergarten of the Wirtshaus im Braunauer Hof in Munich. On one occasion I had lunch there and twice I enjoyed dinner in the great restaurant. On two occasions I had the ziegeuner schnitzel mit pommes frites and on one occasion I had Wiener schnitzel with roasted potatoes and a salad. Each of these meals proved memorable. The service is friendly and the food is delicious. It is my sense tourists have yet to find this place, which is a good thing. In the times I dined there, I think I was the only English speaking patron there. This is a great restaurant.

"Indian restaurants are becoming almost as ubiquitous in Munich as Italian restaurants lately, or so it would seem. So why did I give this one get 5 stars? In part because Yelp doesn't allow for half star ratings and I didn't feel right giving four after my wonderful dinner experience there and the excellent meals my guy has had there before me. Kamasutra is close to his work and we had dinner here after him and work friends raved about this place for lunch. They've only been open for about three months but it's a regular lunch stop for them now. One thing I noticed early on, they do not take shortcuts. Great care is put into food and service. The menu is varied, good selection of wine and cocktails too. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The interior is more modern and sleek than most Indian resto's. But what about the FOOD? We were in curry heaven. I had a jumbo shrimp curry and he had a chicken vindaloo. Sauces for both were rich, had complex, nuanced flavors and were not greasy or oily. And when they say spicy, they mean spicy, so for those of you lamenting the lack of proper spice level, make your way here NOW. If you don't want your curry toned down for the German palate, do have some here. Lovely garlic naan, very generous serving of good basmati. Delicious mango cream for dessert and real chai that wasn't syrupy sweet. Kamasutra is a real gem and a welcome addition to Munich."
