On the way home today from Mummelsee Google asked where to return in Baiersbronn...the choice fell on the Gasthaus Sieberei...good choice. Nice service, good kitchen pleasant atmosphere...so everything fits...Ente with dumplings and red cabbage...very delicious...price performance also fits

On the way to the SWR 3 Comedy Evening. Appetizer Salat has already indicated what can come. Steak with pfeffersosse, herbal bitters and fries were the hammer. Real 300g arg.Fleisch der Hammer. Also the Elsaess sausage salad top. Here we weren't the last time.Personal nice and accommodating. Thank you.

We had the “small” lunch menu and everything was there and nothing was chosen. At first we thought that there were no dishes from the kitchen between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. However, that wasn't the case. I had the farmer's bratwurst with potato salad and bread. It was a very large portion and super tasty. The service was excellent and very friendly. We'd love to come back. Ver carta

Beautiful, lovingly refurbished in bright wood, extremely clean, well maintained and cozy. The large outdoor terrace is quiet and very nicely located directly at the brook. On the regional menu there is something for everyone, freshly prepared and extremely tasty at moderate prices. The service was fast, attentive and very friendly. If we're back in the area, we'll be happy to come back.

We went to the Sieberei for dinner at 2:30 p.m. on a Sunday after a hike. There was only the “small” menu with a large selection. The big card is valid again from 5 p.m. I had Maultaschen with potato salad. The portion was generous, very tasty and the accompanying salad bouquet was so large that an extra side salad would have been too much. The service was great and the atmosphere was cozy (modern hut feeling). There are enough parking spaces right in front of the door and the entrance to the restaurant is even barrier-free. We'll definitely be back!
