good reception, original frame, top staff. the chef by her creativity marvels the French gastronomy with an Asian touch. good wine map, I enjoyed a Trevallon 2005 with happiness. the discovery menu was perfect, only flat for me the cheese boa. I recommend this restaurant for the epicureans.

before traveling to the UK / in the ue, we watched the episode on chefs table that featured yam'tcha. while we were at the betting, we stayed near the chestnut station in the halls. our hotel was less than 10 minutes walk from the shop. We were greeted by the staff who was very friendly and helpful. We also saw the owner who came graciously and took a picture with us! fantastic experience ! and the bao ? delicious !! with excellent reviews on the internet and a real gourmet for the bao, we have lunch at the yam'tcha shop on Saturday 29 July. After waiting for about ten minutes outside to have a place at the counter of the shop, we ordered the assortment of bao, a siu May and two teas (a glaze and a pu erh) Apart from the pu erh that it had to claim, all arrived pretty fast. Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment from the first bite: the brioches are not at all like the bao to which one can have the habit, the dough is sticky, the spongy texture and the acid taste.
