"With the Yangda, more precisely the three Yangdas in Karlsruhe, we have an alternating history. In the meantime, however, two deputies of the same name had been opened (I can't say in what order that led on TripAdvisor to a holy mess. In the Passagehof branch the mentioned mute sample took place, a powerfully sharp soup with pork intestine and likes, shrimps and plentiful tofu. With a bite of the latter, I was able to recover from the dizzy stomach intestine ingredients. I'll show this here, even if it's strictly not part of the Kaiserstrasse branch, but it might have looked the same way. My wife had only looked at me all the time with a headache; that you can hunt with internals. The essential change, however, was that the kitchen had been radically changed: instead of a panchinese offer, there were exclusively uigurian cuisine, according to which the decoration was also designed. We are, of course, equally happy, even against the background that Uighur culture deserves every form of support. That we were the only guests, about three weeks after the opening, had scared us. After us came another couple; Chinese no longer showed up. This may have had political reasons, but could also have been located on the kitchen. My cattle Laghman (noodles still tasted very well, while my wife didn't bring her completely dried chicken kebabs down. I had to trade. This should be good for about half a year or did not go well, at least in the beginning of 2019 the kitchen was turned back to the normal Yangda offer, extended by a few specialties that exist only in this branch. Since then we have been there twice; both times we were surprised how empty it was still at the best lunchtime. (In the meantime, we know that practically at the same time and not too far away the Monkey King opened. All the Chinese are sitting there. Here it used to be full One of the specialties was steamed egg with shells. As always open for unusual combinations, I had to order them. Average Chinese Cuisine. We shared one plate of duck and one plate of beef with mushrooms as main course. Had way better Chinese dishes in my life, but it was ok. Dumplings were disappointing.

I was there with my friends twice, we really love the food in Yangda coz it doesn't compromise to European style Chinese food. And we tried to order different dishes, they are all super delicious. Need to come at a regular basis now. :-)

The serveice is great and above all the food quality is super which maked the food tatsty! The restaurant is always full also with Chinese customers which gives an indication of the foods quality. Better to take in consideration to wait long time in the line Ver carta

This is the one place where no one in our group of friends say no to. Never fails to deliver the goods. My recommendations are the pork belly with potatoes, crispy chilli prawns, boiled pork belly with coriander and chili and beef and broccoli. You won't go wrong ordering anything really, and a bottle of Tsingtao beer

The most authentic Chinese food O have had since my backpacking tour in Southern China in 1989!!Had the marinated pork belly and the fried squid in Chili sauce - both phantastically seasoned with special herbs and not your standard European Chinese fashion.The setting on Ettlinger Allee may not be Chinese at all (it is an old German Gaststätte at a sportsground) but the food definitely is!!

"we were initially april with our Greek course eating there. the weather was great, you could sit outside, but we had reserved in it because it was cool for this season in the evening. 8 people were put together in the corner at a table, although the neighbour was not occupied and no guests were sitting in this corner. we ordered several appetizers, including 2 plates for 2 people each. when we asked what was exactly on the plates on it, the energized answer came "of everything" which unfortunately was not true. it was a lot (but not everything) on it and it also tasted great part well.We ordered some other things so that everyone could taste everything. the tzatziki was either without garlic or with very little garlic. for a greek shameful bad. the zucchinibällchen were something sweetly fritted, which did not even taste like zucchini. the rest of the food tasted good. Now to the service: after our ordered food was brought to us, we were done/unregistered for the service. the waiter who served us at the beginning, we got no more too face for the rest of the evening. he rather sat in the introductory area with ancestral kinship to tell.Nobody asked if we needed anything else, no one asked if we wanted to drink something. When we wanted to get some bread, we had to shout 3x loud so that someone came. one of us ordered another 1/4 l of wine because he had to drive. 1/2 l wein was brought by a young waiter who did not understand a word German. Finally, a second waiter came in, who understood our complaint and brought the desired also quite fast. Conclusion: eating was the greatest part good, typical classic unfortunately bad, the operation a catastrophe. there are some creeps in carlsruhe that can know their menu and give away and are significantly better especially in matters service. I've never seen this grieche again."
