Best prawns I have ever had in long time ! The desserts are really fresh and delicious especially the panna cotta. The staff were very welcoming , friendly and efficient. Made us feel like at home.

The perfect lunch, great service, vibe, food and setting. We had the Zucchini fries to share to start, then the meatball pasta and a chicken salad and it was amazing.Thank you Zaza, I will definitely return.

Nice restaurant with seating over 2 floors giving it an intimate feel. Atmosphere was friendly and relaxed with helpful attentive staff. Food portions were generous, quality high and prices reasonable. The wine list was pretty good too.

Wonderful family meal as a celebration, the service was excellent (it’s the little things like ensuring the table water was refilled and spotting you had the wrong knife and changing it immediately) and the food was also really tasty. Will definitely be visiting next time we are in the area

We went to Zaza for dinner one Saturday night for dinner. We sat upstairs and found it incredibly noisy, so much so that I couldn't talk to the person sat opposite me. This wasn't due to the other people there it is just the acoustics of the room, with its hard wood floors and low ceilings. Although the food and service were OK I wouldn't go back at a busy time as I didn't really enjoy the experience. Ver carta

I’ve rated this place before and nothings changed, it’s still brilliant. But, there was no Emily serving us previously, there was this time. I don’t know her, am not related to her, she simply served our food. She is brilliant, a real breath of fresh air. She created a pizza for me, was a pleasure to chat with and is both friendly and professional. Go to Zaza”s for the food, but seek out Emily to serve you!

The food was 4* or 5* however the service was 1*. Shared a starter of flatbread and main courses of calzone and pasta. Food quality was good, it was hot and nicely presented. The Maitre de who showed us to our table was good however the waitress was very inattentive and made many errors. Multiple requests for menus, multiple requests to order food, several requests for drinks, incorrect drinks brought etc etc.

We visited on the Monday after the King’s coronation. Despite the certain busy days that must have preceded, we received incredible service and the food was great. Our visit was made so good all thanks to one person: Jan. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for a decade, and it’s safe to say that he is one of the most professional and proficient front of house member I’ve met in a long time. He had the perfect balance of upselling and keeping us happy: any changes we wanted to make to a dish? He would agree AND recommend a twist. If we said we were full between courses? He would offer a 5 minute break! Not hungry for dessert? He would recommend something delicious that didn’t feel too he... Ver carta
