They refused to seat us despite the booking claiming that they are fully booked. they had free tables though.

Looked like Italian fast food, pre cooked. Maybe the chef was on holiday in that day. General service was good.

Excellent food and wine, celebrating my birthday. Staff were very attentive and efficient. Manager made a fuss on hearing its my birthday. Great atmosphere and nice soft lighting. Strongly recommended. Ver carta

Staff were very friendly and attentive. However, pizza and pasta were worse than pre-prepared ones you can buy from a supermarket. Toilet facilities require cleaning and regular checking (the smell was noticeable in the dining room!

Great service. They didn’t have our booking when we arrived but it wasn’t a problem even though they were busy. Service throughout was great and the usual good quality value food from Zizzi. The waiter interacted really well with the kids.

Came here for meal with my sister and we had a lovely time. We were served by Gosia who was attentive and friendly. We both had prawns to start and they were delicious. Then we had pizzas and shared a salad; again fresh and tasty....All in all a great experience. Ver carta

overall it was a great eating experience with good service. reasonable price 3 course set menu with many options as well as a larger full menu. some well prepared cocktails and varied wine-card. would recommend switching on. great location in windsor near the castle and railway station.

Love going to Prezzo for a family meal and find that the restaurant is reasonably priced and you are served quickly The restaurant is small but has great views of Windsor castle The customer service was good and friendly and we where served quickly even...though the restaurant was short staffed on the day Would definitely recommend booking as the restaurant gets full quickly

I’d definitely return. The menu is chock-a-block full of what you’d expect from an Italian restaurant and I think it’s a great idea that there’s an option to size up for most of the main meals. In my opinion there is something for everyone on...the menu. This is definitely a place to visit for casual dining and there’s a nice ambience in the restaurant. I couldn’t fault the service and both the starter and main were delicious. Speedy service but I didn’t feel rushed. I was starving when I called in having skipped lunch so was very grateful for the quick service. A good selection of spirits and of course Peroni on draught.
