"Absolutely superlative. This restaurant is operated by a young German Couple, Sabine Weckbarth and Gordon Schreiter, he is the Chef and she managed the restaurant. In addition to being German they both speak English, which was helpful to myself. This was the first time I...have visited this restaurant and it will most certainly not be the last. It and the tables were tastefully decorated suitably for the Christmas Season. It was not an easy place to find in the village of Offheim, but well worth any perserverence needed to do so. My party consisted of four adults and two children. One of the principal features of this establishment that attracted me, was the ability with advance notice to request dishes that are not featured on the menu. While the two children selected Schnitzel dishes from the menu, we adults had preordered a Roasted Goose Lunch with all the trimmings that was not then featured on the menu. (I am attaching photos to show its presentation). All I can say is that the standard of all the food was superlative and beyond any possibility of criticism. This was a special occasion for my family and it more than met my anticipation."

Very good food.... despite Schnitzel and Steak not zero eight fifteen. Hammer salads. Top condition. Don't let the name of the location deter. It is cozy and simply delicious.

Since the first hour, we have just felt comfortable with you!! The food is soooo incredibly good and Sabine, who always finds time for one in the greatest stress, is just a big treasure!! Our children always have a pleasure dance when we go to the off-home bear!! Keep your loved ones!

A successful surprise! Who only awaits homemade food by the name far missed: Here you can get everything from natural to culinary delights. And because IMMER is freshly cooked here, it may also start special requests. Whether alone or for the family for the event or for the festival – I can only recommend the Turnhalle Offheim!

We were spontaneously visiting tonight and decided both for the Rumpsteak, once with pommes, once with vegetables. Insanely delicious, I can't remember when last time we ate such a good and tasty piece of meat. It was all right! Nice operation and beautiful ambience. We were definitely not the last time there. We are more often here and have never been disappointed! The Pasta Day (Thursdays, I believe) is especially recommended... . Operation is always very accommodating and attentive, no matter how full it is. The food is great, everything looks great. Oh, yeah, the dessert variation is worth a visit for itself!! The ambience, service, food and price are simply perfect.

Leider war die Bedienung bei dem letzten Besuch etwas schnippisch. Ich war überrascht, schon bei meinem ersten Besuch, dass man dort Rumsteak perfekt braten kann. (Medium) Deshalb hatte ich es bei meinem 2. Besuch wieder bestellt. Und ich war wieder begeistert, von der Qualität und dem Können des Kochs. Leider ist es ein wenig zu klein. Oder der Salatteller hätte größer sein müssen. Ich bin leider nicht satt geworden. Bei meinem ersten Besuch hatte ich das Gericht sogar 2x gegessen......

Das Lokal sieht aus wie ein Vereinslokal und ist auch eines, aber das ist kein Nachteil. Alles ist einfach, aber nett dekoriert. Hier geht es bodenständig zu und man wird freundlich empfangen. Die Speisekarte bietet Klassiker wie Schnitzel, Cordon Bleu und Hackbraten, aber auch saisonale Spezialitäten. Bei unserem Besuch stand zusätzlich eine Reihe schöner Gerichte aus der Herbstkarte zur Wahl. Der Koch versteht sein Handwerk, das ist keine Frage. Was hier geboten wird, geht weit über das hinaus, was man in einer Dorfgaststätte erwarten würde. Alles ist mit guten und frischen Zutaten gekocht.
