Friendly service however nothing special. But the good was okay for the price. You could say that it might be a bit overpriced as it is a average place.

We went here for lunch spontaneously. The menu has a nice variety of different local and Italien dishes. Service fast and nice. Food was good quality for a fair price. What do you want more?

the menu "heisser stein wendelgard" already lured from a distance so that the decision was made to destiny. the food was delicious, visually clean and professionally compiled - so we like to repeat a visit.

If you want to eat a good Schnitzel, then definitely I recommend this restaurant. They have four differennt types of Schnitzels whcih are all good. Restaurant is in good location in the city center. Stuff is ok and service is fine.

... but the proven concept of the Wendelgard, named after an old, traditional fool figure, will only change a little by using Halil Kurtishaij and Shpendim Ademi. New is especially the daily changing lunch table, opening hours and the warm kitchen from 11:30 22:00.

3 people got a table at short notice. the dining room is rustic but clean, generously chaired and quiet. the service very friendly and unobtrusive. eating came quickly and at the same time. we had 3 different dishes and each was plentiful, of very good quality and has tasted us excellent. I find the prices extremely appropriate in relation to quality. We'd come back here anytime.

we were having the family there, have already run a few times past the restaurant and had always said ... actually quite sweet, we have to try .nun it was so far ... and I have to say ... it has not been so completely met my expectations .the restaurant is quite nice but it has been far more going out. the service, let's say we are able to grow out again. super nice, but what helps me easily if the cooking is not done.

The place looks interesting from the outside, so we decided to try the hot stone steaks. The service felt hurried and unfriendly. The place was really hot and had closed all the windows that it felt choking. Drinks were served immediately and soon after we got the steaks. They were quite small for the price and although on the menu said they came with 3 different sauces, in reality there were 3 different flavored butter servings.

This is our host's favourite restaurant, right in the centre of Konstanz- and I can understand why. It has a very old worlde feeling, it's quite dark, there is a good atmosphere and the tables are cosy and comfortable. Our waitress was very friendly and luckily spoke English which helped a lot! The food was very tasty and a mixture of traditional German and other dishes. Although the service was a little slow, she kept coming to apologise, it wasn't a problem as we were enjoying the atmosphere a lot. We really loved our visit. If you're in Konstanz, I'd recommend you eat here.
