"With my family I visited Arezzo on August 27. For dinner we were in the wonderful and evocative Piazza Grande when considering where to dine approached Rocco who invited us to taste the culinary proposals of the restaurant the essence connected to the Caffè Vasari . At first, like everyone when someone proposes, we were a little pre-eminent. Fortunately, however, we accepted the welcome of Mr. Rocco, who was fantastic involving, recommended us excellently, explaining with particular competence the various dishes for which we asked the details. Stunning the place, wonderful landscapes, delicious food and really thanks to Rocco who did not exaggerate in communicating that everything in the room was of great quality and all very kind and professional. We strongly recommend it!!!"

"Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, cibi gustosi, variati, con solide radici sul territorio. Not to mention coffee. 2 euro in a totally anonymous alley. We're not joking. if in a alley of arezzo a coffee costs 2 euros we must wait that in the famous Italian squares from north to south we should pay 10 euros."

"This meal—it was perfect. All of the food is grown and raised on the farm and it was so fresh. We had ham with melon, truffle bruschette, chianina ragu, beef strips, fresh green beans with truffles, and custard with chocolate for dessert. Their rosé and special red blend were the perfect wines to complement the meal! The ambiance was wonderful and the owner, Alberto, was so entertaining and knowledgeable. We had a lot of amazing meals in Italy, but the combination of food, wines and service made this our favorite by far. We hope to return to stay at the hotel very soon! Note if Google Maps pulls your reservation from your Gmail account, it will direct you to one of the steep, rocky fields that should only be accessed by tractor or truck! Make sure you type in the restaurant name instead and you (and your car) will be fine."

"My family and I visited this Pizzeria/Restaurante while staying at Davide’s BnB upstairs from the restaurant. We experienced the most welcoming service. The seafood antipasti with steamed mussels was so good. The Lasagna was the best I’ve ever had, and the most delicious surprise of the evening was the Grilled Portobello Filet. This was the most delicious and tender steak topped with mushrooms. We enjoyed some lemon cello after our meal. We loved this restaurant so much that we went back the next evening. We plan to come back on our next trip to Tuscany."

"the restaurant was comfortable although I had to change my chair. the service was in order, but the "pop" music was too much....it was good to eat, but the amount too much...which meant a lot of waste....we should have shared a part! we had Buddha bowls of salat. too big. a meal in itself!, with huh and crumble. I think the restaurant is on millennials, but are we oldies with the money?"

"Parto dalla fine: ne vale veramente la pena. OCTAVIN ha una sua filosofia e tutto ruota attorno a questa a partire dalla scritta less is more che campeggia di fronte all'entrata. La sala è visivamente scarna, priva di fronzoli ma ha una sua eleganza anche confortevole. Il percorso gastronomico proposto dallo chef è quanto mai affascinante e combina ricerca sugli accostamenti e selezione degli ingredienti dal territorio. Carta dei vini molto interessante e c'è anche la possibilità di abbinamenti con vini al calice scelti con etichette locali. Le numerose portate del menù vi lasceranno sazi e felici. Servizio cordiale. Prezzo del menù corretto, un po' alto mi è parso il costo dei calici in abbinamento."

"I'm on the weekend with my family. the place is a little small and nothing exceptional, but clean. As for appetizers pumpkin cake is really greedy. the quail egg above the tartare we expected raw, perhaps so would be more enjoyed, but eventually well surely. My ravioli were very good, the truffles lacked salt and the duck ragout was a little dry. the seconds really amazed us, especially the cut (perfect) and the ****, very tender and tasty. excellent choice to put a slice of bread at the base of the peposo, so that the sughetto was absorbed. by contour we chose roast potatoes and personally found them very good and tasty, but it is a matter of goi because my boyfriend would like to have more crispy. The sweets are all made by them and you feel. excellent tiramisù and cheesecake, accompanied by a raspberries sauce (which is not topping! rare). the service was really timely and friendly waiters, helpful and at hand. they offered a bitter house, really good that too! the account was right: in we spent little more than euro with a bottle of wine from about euro. We recommend it!"

"Improvvisamente abbiamo deciso di andare a cena fuori dal club raccomandato dagli amici. Il posto è bello, si rilassa proprio a guardare intorno alla magnifica attrezzatura. Abbiamo ordinato 2 antipasti Ser Gian, 2 primi che erano fuori menu con vongole, cozze, lupini e alcuni pomodori mentre come secondo la nave di pesce con un'insalata vicina e un pesce al cartoccio; che abbiamo diviso con i bambini. Come dessert 2 Ananas e una tazza di crema di mascarpone su un fondo di noceella. Mezzo litro di vino bianco casa e due bottiglie d'acqua. In totale abbiamo speso 115€. Che dire: tutto semplicemente divino!!!! Torneremo sicuramente."

"Decided on the place since our friends raved about it. They were not wrong. We went for the fiorentina Chianina, and wow, was it excellent. Cooked to perfection, and just melted in your mouth. Its priced at €65/kg, but well within market prices. The restaurant itself is spacious, with external patio for the warmer evening. Apart from the fiorentina, it has a vast menu of pasta and other traditional fare. Also caters to pizza lovers. Parking i no problem as its internal parking area is huge."

"Excellent traditional Tuscan cuisine, with specialties from the Arezzo area. Much care is also taken in preparing the side dishes. The “wine of the house” “vino della casa” is definitely good. All in all, I was fully satisfied. Prices are moderate, and this added to my satisfaction. I will eat here again. The restaurant is located right in the city centre, on the corner of Via Roma and Via Madonna del Prato. In high season or on a public holiday it is advisable to book. In good weather, and when the temperature is mild, it is also possible to eat outdoors, on the tables set in the pedestrian and pleasant Via Madonna del Prato. The closing day is Wednesday."

"This is a small establishment, probably 7-8 tables. We arrived a little late around 14:00 and it was packed but the owner told us to wait while some guests were just finishing up. We had our Labrador with us and she was welcomed in without a problem. We tried the cipollata and the ribollita and my girls had all the vegetables side dishes (they are vegetarian) while I had the chicken and my husband the peposo. It was all we well prepared and good! The only negative thing is that the desserts were all finished!!!"

"PESSIMA IMPRESSIONE! Premetto che avevo cenato in questo ristorante già una volta e non mi era sembrato nulla di che , posto poco curato e pizza che lascia a desiderare . Decido lo stesso di andare una domenica sera di giugno essendoci posto all’aperto , non avendo prenotato chiedo se è possibile avere un tavolo per 2 , la risposta della titolare è un “ NO “ sgarbato e senza troppe spiegazioni come se le stessimo chiedendo un favore , faccio notare che sono le 21 ed il locale chiude alle 23 , in più altri clienti stavano cenando , la risposta datami è che “ per il pranzo avevano lavorato molto e la giornata era stata “ pesante “ in più “ l’impasto della pizza era finito “ quando nessuno aveva chiesto cosa ordinare . Atteggiamento scortese e da rivedere . Sicuramente non ricapiterà più di tornare , per il resto come già accennato posto semplice e poco curato . Fidati c’è di meglio ad Arezzo"
