"Dreadful Dreadful Dreadful. Please don't waste your time. Waited 5 minutes to be seated so should have gone elsewhere. Server asked if I wanted to add chips to my fajita burger, which I declined. Food took longer than expected, chips had been added and no side order of chilli, which the menu said it included. Server put plate down and ran, and either didn't hear me or chose not to hear me when I called her back. As she immediately disappeared and no other Server was in sight I waited at an empty bar, alongside a customer who said she was trying to find someone to ask where the deserts ordered 30 minutes earlier was. Eventually saw a different Server and told her the problem she said she'd sort it no apology given.(during this time a group of 4 people were waiting even longer than I had to be seated and they eventually left). Server bought a tablespoon of chilli in a pot and galloped off, ignoring the issue of the chips I'd declined. Ate my meal, excluding chips, went to pay, bar still empty so waited a while for the same Server (the one I'd reminded that i hadnt ordered chips earlier) to arrive to take payment. She handed me the receipt and ran. I'd been charged for the unrequested chips so I waited a few minutes for someone to come to the bar, then cut my losses, decided 99p wasn't worth the wait and left. So in summary: Served food I'd specifically declined and was charged for it Not served food that was part of my ordered meal No bar staff, and servers were few and far between, trying to work the bar between serving meals Waited ages to be seated and served. Staff dont think an apology is required for a mistake."

"it was a long day for us when we traveled from angles to the end of the Llyn Peninsula and eating early bites was exactly what we needed before the trip back to our caravan in rhosneigr. we chose italian and I called for a reservation as soon as we saw that osteria the highest rated italian in caernarfon. we have booked for 6 o'clock without problems, although it is the bank holiday sunday. it was a bit of an attempt to find the restaurant located in a pedestrian zone, very close to the burg, but with the help of Google cards and a good sense when we made it just before 18 clock. we sat outside for a few minutes before the waiter (operator? noticed us and welcomed us in. we had the choice when ant table for two, top or bottom, and we chose top which is light and airy. the waiter needed time to explain the menu and came to order our order after a few minutes. the wine list is extensive and there was peroni available, much to my man joy. there was a list of about 10 bruschetta and we decided on a sharing plate of three different, each for £10. a perfect starter. then we both ordered from him. I asked for lasagne, which was creamy and perfectly spiced. my man ordered the pasta with a creamy pfeffer sauce and courgettes. he was very happy with this simple pasta dish and then we chose panacotta, a fruit-covered Custard tea and an almond-covered chocolate cake with cream. all served with attention and humor. many thanks to our waiter who made the evening most pleasant. when we left at 7.30 a.m., there were still a few tables that were available despite this a busy weekend, so if they didn't book, I'm sure there would be space if they crossed their fingers."

"First experience at a table table and won’t be going there again. On holiday in wales and went with family, walked into a very empty restaurant, dirty tables all over the place. Food took forever to come out without any acknowledgment of the wait time, considering the place was empty we did not expect to be here for 3 hours. When asked how long desserts would take we were told they can’t give a time. When we finally got the bill we had been overcharged, we’d been charged an upgrade on a side we never asked for and charged separately for the sauce that was supposed to be on the dish originally. I then took the bill to the bar to have this sorted out, I stood there for ten minutes being ignored by three members off staff, when I asked if anyone as serving I was told by our waitress ‘they was busy.’ I work in a restaurant myself and I can appreciate people being busy but the lack of manners or communication is just downright rude. It’s not had to acknowledge the customer is waiting and just say ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’ when my husband finally managed to speak to her, she said she’d ask the manager. We were then giving the bill back with no apology and when asked what they have removed from the bill (to make sure it was correct) she said oh I don’t know. We then stood at the table waiting to pay and ended up going to hunt someone down again just to pay the bill and leave. Terrible customer service, terribly run and there just seemed to be a complete lack of care for anything. Food had clearly been sat in the window as well, and most was cold. Never asked if everything was alright, never asked if we wanted more drinks. Actually the only time we was asked was when we were paying to leave, by this point everyone had just had enough and wanted to leave."

"what a fantastic place to eat a real surprise in a small coastal town. we visited criccieth for a last minute jubiläume flucht and had searched for a place to get our taste shops on some good quality Asian cuisine. somewhere something special than taking or leaving the Chinese restaurant. To be honest, we were uncertain when we find that after we were in a small town that 'outside the season' so many places were simply open. fortunately, in mei 's fusion food we found exactly what we were looking for. after a cordial greeting in the inner of the absolutely terrible weather, the owner and her co-worker sat and made sure that we felt comfortable. we had not booked, and the place was quite busy, but we were still perfectly welcome and analyzed the menu in no time. the list of available dishes is a sensual eclectic mix of Asian cuisine, which breaks the form (on a good wise) of still known restaurants in larger cities. on the first reading, we had many dishes to our taste, out, including vegetarian friendly and a series of seasoned so that even the most conservative diner would be satiated. we chose the two Claypot dishes as our main (tau eu bak mabo tofu) and had a side of salt pepper frog 's legs next to (see photos.) there is simply no other way to describe them as delicious. well presented, tasty, served in good, but not overpowered portions and with a fantastic balance of the ingredients in each dish. kudos to the chef, she's doing a Stellar job. the owner and their personal were absolutely beautiful and made sure that we were happy everywhere without the painful unpleasant feeling that they were putting on some. overall, the extraordinary food, good moods and friendly staff made for two very happy travelers who will undoubtedly pay a visit again if we are in the opposite, we strongly recommend them."

"I ordered a home delivery from Zizza Pizza at 19:40 using their website it said delivery will be with you in 40 minutes (20:20) it got to 20:30 so I called Zizza Pizza to ask where my order was, they said their was no order for me even though the money had been taken out of my bank and after a few minutes they found it and said they didn 't see it and would start it and it would be about 30 minutes, after saying I wanted a refund to get a Chinese they said they would give me a 1.5 litre of pepsi as compensation so I agreed. 35/40 minutes had passed and just as I called them the driver showed up with my order and a small 380ml can of Pepsi. When I explained that they man on the phone said I would get a free bottle of pepsi max as I had been waiting over an hour at this point he said he was only the driver and could do nothing which is understandable. After calling Zizza Pizza again to say what I had happen the man on the phone had said thats life and hung out, when I called back again he hung out immediately after realising it was me again. They messed up the order and gave us medium kebabs rather than the large we paid for and the chips were tiny, I could fit the whole portion in my hand, we also ordered 6 onion rings but got 4 and added onions, cabbage, cucumber and tomato to my kebab even though id stated plain. I 'll get a Chinese next time or try another kebab house in the area"

"We were staying nearby and booked in to the George The Third for an evening meal. From arrival the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The draught beer is excellent and the service was top notch. We ordered the Lamb Shank, Fish and Chips and the BBQ Chicken Burger. All the meals were cooked to perfection, we had a side of seasonal vegetables as well which were lovely and everything came out at the same time piping hot. We never felt rushed but someone was always around to check if we wanted anymore drinks. For dessert we ordered the Orange Chocolate Torte, Lemon Cheesecake and a Brownie. Again all the food was to an excellent standard. The staff and Chef were very accomadating as we have a bit of a fussy son and they substituted certain things and even swapped an ice cream around on the dessert to his favourite flavour. The price was reasonable for what we had and the quality of the food. When we enquired about a room at the hotel the member of staff was very helpful and checked there and then for us and confirmed the price but didn't pressure us to book. To top the excellent customer service, food and drink off was the views of the area. Definately use the toll bridge as its £1 to use and cuts out a lot of time. We would highly recomend the restaurant to anyone, unfortunately we ran out of time or I think we would of also been leaving a great review about the hotel. If you are in the area definately try the food here, I can also recomended the Pitch Stout on draught."
