"we had decided to arrange a Sunday meal for our wedding celebration of about 30. we had contacted the manager in advance and all details inc their preferred type of treatment with such a big booking on, which obviously a very. more useful day for them in the rule. the huntsman insisted that they could take up the party without problems and understood that this was associated with such a great event in our lives. our group came in a lot of time. we were previously informed that a preorder was not necessary, although we had asked about it. we were informed by e-mail and phone call all at two locations that the group would be divided into two tabs between four and a, and each table would make the payment separate. we were happy with this facility, as it kept us as organizers easy. or so we were led to believe! at the arrival the group was shown to a separate room, the most of the party we ended with three tables within the main restaurant, but that was not a problem for us at this time! with a slight reorganization it would have been a lot of space in the opposite for us, but no effort was made to take up the party of our size. when our group arrived, we were asked how many people were in the group, although this should be made clear or numerous occasions by phone and email and confirmed that it understood that it was between 30 and 40 people. our group of families with small children and adults who were all on the way back to london, had their commands in a order that was only obvious to the hunter! food came in a generally ad-hoc wise to personally I had to follow our order of 2 pint bier and two weinsprayers twice for our table of four alone. my father-in-law had to go into the bar himself to order his second round of drinks, as the waiting staff was generally absent and it quickly became obvious that we were thinking about the general service! we were often told that it was very busy. we were completely aware of this and it was not surprising that it would be to do on a Sunday when there were 36 hungry people in our group, an obvious group of about 10 to 15 in a birthday party of any kind and a packed restaurant, as I think it would be in the rule. the last table to order was unfortunately the largest table with about 10 adult and 2 small children. I personally had to follow this order about 4 times before the food arrived and we talk a serious time! the first table in our group or already paid and going over and this last group had not even seen a morsel. this larger group had also asked or asked to be treated as 3 separate groups or tables and was not held as a large group! At some point I had enough and I am city that the children received their pizza and burgers on the minimum, as I could see that the chaos was about to win how hungry children were just before starving. the pizza and the burger have not arrived, of which I had eaten personally, but you go there! when it came to pay....Finally after we had fought for the food they received and fought for the drinks they had to collect and order themselves from the bar. our bill for our table of 4 ended to add another table within the group. Overall, eating was excellent and I did not hear any bad comments from each of our group about the quality of food and in the did of Sunday roast I had border amazing! the service we received from the frontline service staff was also excellent, but they were obviously completely frustrated with the situation that they had been launched. the manager seemed to be generally uninterested in the affair, although we did not address the problems with them directly, as we had no impression that these problems cannot be solved by the waiting staff. one of our party is disabled and in the wheelchair and unfortunately the access facilities were completely inadequate for the point where we were not able to get the wheelchair back from the restaurant and had to use a fire exit! the table with the disabled child, which is not able to locate the disabled toilet, I do not say that it was not one, but it was certainly not obvious or obvious for the obviously disabled child in the wheelchair or her parents. In summary, eating was excellent, waiting staff was frustrated, but polite and efficient. the administration of the situation was absolutely terrible and cross-border offensive in considering the amount of communication, emails phone calls and follow-ups, asking around there organizational suggestions etc. I will never visit this pub again, and I think I'm fair to speak in the name of the rest of our 36 strong group that no one of them will hurry to make a booking to any time in the future. I have worked for several years in retail as manager and honestly could not believe what I have experienced! I expect a response from the manager with a sharper anticipation. the world of the groom"

"I didn't know what to expect when you came. we came mid-februar while on holiday and the weather was not great, so thought it was a day out undercover. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. the website is quite large, we started with the top wheel area, which was really good, it was great near some of the wacky creations that were made in the run of the years. we stopped eating a bite before it had to do, and the prices were not bad, probably on the somewhat higher side, but the cakes were very good. we moved to the main museum and were shocked to see how many cars and bikes they have built into the large building. everywhere you turn around another vehicle inconspicuously clean and many information about it. the range of vehicles is huge from the first cars to modern. we loved the 007 exhibition, where they could get up close to the cars from the last movie, it was nice to get so close without them on sockel meters away. there is an old-timer bus ride and a one-way track that they take around the website that was nice to do. we looked around the abtei and the house (included in price) and made a walk along the river. when they receive gift help they get back to the year to come, but what was not made clear at the time when they come back, they only get entering the motor museum and no other attraction or house that was a little disappointing. the only thing that it really leaves for us, although a fairly quiet day tries to eat between 12 and 2 to midday, leads to a long wait and wait. there are many picnic spots, so on a sunny day I think that would be a great place to go, but also on a wet day it is a good day out if they don't mind getting a little wet as they go between the exponate house and gardens."

"Me and my mum visited this place on a monday when the eat out to help out was going on. And all i can say it was a waste of money. Firstly they have put the price for there buffet up. It has never been over £20pp mon-thu. I would understand if it was a weekend. Second they've changed the buffet, so half the stuff that was on it before isn't anymore. There is no social distance in place. They sit everyone next to one another. They over book and when you get there, they turn round and say sorry but the buffet isnt availble even tho they said on the phone it is. They try to get you to order frlm the la carte menu. We even over heard them saying that they are running out of food, and that they are charging service charge. Even tho the service is appalling. We ordered sesame prawn toast. Omg it was like eating OIL. No prawn, just the taste of oil. Was so disgusting. Duck was okay, nothing exciting about there food one bit. Yhe ribs were like eating bone and nut. No meat on them. Soup was the only decent thing and that was lukewarm. We ordered 1 coke at the start, went to order another. Got ignored, so asked someone else, they brought it over and at the end of the bill they tried to charge us gor 3. Snd the little man who i think owns it, gave us this look like we was trying to play a fast one. It was coke. Which they charge £3:50 for. Rip off!!!!!! Iv never been so disappointed in a chinese buffet before. We only went there because fuchi was fully booked. Fuchi 1 million% better restaurant. Amazing food, if your in totton. Do not go here, go to fuchi. 5 mins away!!"
